Never thought such unprofessional online retail store.web inquiry form, customer care toll free number, email address all looks fake and does not work at all. Very disappointing online service. I have placed an order, money deducted from card and then there is no order number; neither I can login in the buggy site nor I can connect to customer care ever. Not to mention a dummy form to contact customer care which nobody reads I think and a dummy customer care email which nobody reply. And here I am without any idea what happened to my order after 2 months!!!. Want to buy from them? Deal with your own risk.

2) There toll free customer service no. 920001530, 95% times busy or unanswered and 10% they receive but after taking order no., they disconnect the call.

4) online portal status processing forever

5) Retail local stores lay off their hands that no support for online orders.

Very bad shopping experience today.
While entering the store the employee taking temperature of customers sting and doesn't bother him self to stand to take the temperature .
Second, I went to safe box section and stayed there 20 and no one attended me, no problem.
I was looking for employees to bring me the safe box because was not available the stock on the shelves.
I saw one employee in tiys section right behind the safe box section and told him if he can help, he said go to section there is one guy there, I told him no one is there so he gave me his back !!!
I went to the warehouse leading door, 3 guys were there and when I asked for help, guess what, the guy on the computer said this is the warehouse with a ver bad way., I told him I know its the warehouse but maybe you guys can help...simply he said go to customer service and didn't even look to me and in very bad way, so I stayed rounding until I found a guy that helped.. such bad experience...
