Very very very worst online experience from Saco ksa. I booked my order on 7th April 2020 and till date I have not received my ordered item.

1)There website online inquiry does not work

2) There toll free customer service no. 920001530, 95% times busy or unanswered and 10% they receive but after taking order no., they disconnect the call.

3) No reply on email address: ccare@saco-ksa.com

4) online portal status processing forever

5) Retail local stores lay off their hands that no support for online orders.
