Highly disappointing online service from Saco Ksa....

Highly disappointing online service from Saco Ksa. Never thought such unprofessional online retail store.web inquiry form, customer care toll free number, email address all looks fake and does not work at all. I have booked online order 7th April 2020 and till date the order status remains as "Processing", no further response or updates.
