Good products, good prices good service and good people. .

a good and professional company! I like it very much!

When we built our home, the builder put in all new Satco 15W, 2700K, 800 lumens bulbs (E175716). Within 2 years, we were already starting to replace them.. We only use the lights for about 1/2 hour to 1 hour a day. We have windows in our bathrooms, so we don't have need for lights until we get ready to go to bed at night. I have to say, these bulbs should last much longer than 2 yearns. When I called the company, they told me to fill out a form online. I thought Customer Service would have helped me when I was talking to them. Well, they wouldn't. Also, since the builder put the bulbs in, they told me how would they know if they put in used bulbs? What a cop out! I was there when they put the bulbs in and they were all new.

So, whatever happened to good Customer Service these days? I will never purchase Satco bulbs or use them in my house again.

I contacted Satco about a broken globe. They responded quickly and sent out a new one immediately. I had a repaired light in just a few days. Thank you Satco. BTW, their products are great, look great, and are top quality.

Always a Pleasure. We've only had 1 problem in all the years that we have been dealing with them and it was resolved with one phone call and an immediate credit to our account. A very good company!

Bulb are dimmer than ones replaced of a different brand. Also, bulbs burned out much quicker so the price benefit was not nearly worth it.

Was supposed to receive replacement CFL bulbs under warranty but nothing has arrived yet.
Update: Got an email from VP CService who investigated and bulbs were delivered in to days.
These are as bright as all the others currently installed.

I went there to purchase light bulbs for my job but they dont sell to the public, but a very nice women who works there gave me the names of some places near my job that do. Fabulous customer service in my opinion
