When we built our home, the builder put in all new Satco 15W, 2700K, 800 lumens bulbs (E175716). Within 2 years, we were already starting to replace them.. We only use the lights for about 1/2 hour to 1 hour a day. We have windows in our bathrooms, so we don't have need for lights until we get ready to go to bed at night. I have to say, these bulbs should last much longer than 2 yearns. When I called the company, they told me to fill out a form online. I thought Customer Service would have helped me when I was talking to them. Well, they wouldn't. Also, since the builder put the bulbs in, they told me how would they know if they put in used bulbs? What a cop out! I was there when they put the bulbs in and they were all new.

So, whatever happened to good Customer Service these days? I will never purchase Satco bulbs or use them in my house again.
