Dirty coach, the chosen hotels are poor..of the outdated 4 stars with n treatment with precarious meals. The new year on the boat in Venice particular but poorly managed: the creepy eve dinner! The only positive side is the helpful and organized companion Vito good.
We always travel comfortably and relaxed, in particular on my trip we arrived 15/20 minutes early despite it being August 3 with thunderstorms and queues ..... applause to the drivers.

I have just returned from my trip to Sicily and the Aeolian Islands and what to say was perfect. The guide Alessandra was very good, very helpful and very kind as our driver Maurizio. The really beautiful places visited. In five days we have seen almost all of Sicily, Lipari and Vulcano. The only thing that I would improve is the hotels that were all good and with four stars but almost always positioned far from the center. Especially in Palermo we would have liked to go out on foot at night. However Sicily is wonderful and I would go back there again if the Satam proposed other itineraries on the catalog. Well done and congratulations you are always a guarantee.
