We could improve some things in the service but I know it is a waste so it will probably remain so.

Dirty coach, the chosen hotels are poor..of the outdated 4 stars with n treatment with precarious meals. The new year on the boat in Venice particular but poorly managed: the creepy eve dinner! The only positive side is the helpful and organized companion Vito good.

We always travel comfortably and relaxed, in particular on my trip we arrived 15/20 minutes early despite it being August 3 with thunderstorms and queues ..... applause to the drivers.

Friendly drivers, a little late in the Naples-Pescara section, I climbed to Roccaraso 20 minutes late, but otherwise the bus was clean, fresh with 37 degrees outside it was really good!

I participated in the trip to the French Riviera from 14 to 16/9/18, I have to highlight some negative notes:

My husband and I with Satam and Partinsieme made 5 trips but this time the tour had some flaws.

Yesterday trip to Perugia eurociocolat bus excellent some inconveniences eight and thirty arrival in Perugia! The croissants offered good but the coffee 1 euro I do not think is good other agencies offer it! I have just returned from my trip to Sicily and the Aeolian Islands and what to say was perfect. The guide Alessandra was very good, very helpful and very kind as our driver Maurizio. The really beautiful places visited. In five days we have seen almost all of Sicily, Lipari and Vulcano. The only thing that I would improve is the hotels that were all good and with four stars but almost always positioned far from the center. Especially in Palermo we would have liked to go out on foot at night. However Sicily is wonderful and I would go back there again if the Satam proposed other itineraries on the catalog. Well done and congratulations you are always a guarantee.

Good morning ... In Budapest I was assigned a smelly bedroom and practically a closet .. I got a change with another room but Nell hotel Sissi 3 stars and not 4 .. (also dirty and with rust in the fridge and in health) I note that I paid more for the supplement ... 260 euros! Disappointed. At dinner I was served a soup with the presence of dairy products although I have stressed in my milk intolerance and derivatives! On vacation I would not have problems !!!! The seat number assigned on the ticket is not respected. This creates problems when there is a break. We wasted time reassigning places because a lady had stolen my seat and I was with a friend and we would have liked to travel together.
