Great hotel.. Great service, ambience and located within Nairobi City Centre, with easy access to banks, malls etc. Has a pool on the top floor, and great service at the Exchange Bar on the first floor. Good restaurants too.

One of the best oldest hotels within Nairobi CBD, the hotel has friendly professional staff and large soundproof rooms. The hotel is within a ten minute walk of Moi Avenue.

I had an appointment to see the chief chef and drove all the way from industrial area only to be told that he was in a meeting and so I had to go back I hope that is not how sarova treats it's guests

It was a marvelous stay at the SAROVA. I want to emphasize on the efforts made by the whole staff of the hotel and especially those of the restaurants. One person in particular was above the others in his infinite kindness to the guests: Timothy (yes I can't forget his name) in the restaurant of the 5th Floor. That guy made my stay a real joy. Thanks to all of you

A very nice hotel in the heart of Nairobi city, but it comes with the challenges of being in the CBD;noise,no ample parking, dusty and hectic getting there through traffic

The place has quality services. The waiters and waiteress are neat and polite. The menu comprises of English diet. Quick fixes like sandwiches, juice, coffee and tea are available. You can get suggestions from the staff. They have different menus for different times of the day. The downside is that food served is in little quantity but the prices are a little bit high.

Took the girl I liked for our first date here. It's a beautiful place and I would recommend this place to anyone. On my trip back I will surely try the accommodation. Great pork chops on the pool side!
