Indeed a great place spend your night,great staff as well as ambiance.

We stayed in this great hotel last year in August for one night. The room was large and spacious and I slept very well. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. With his decor and his past you make during your visit a little time travel.

The main challenge is the valet parking. There is need to have more people to make parking more efficient.

Great hotel in downtown Nairobi, perfect for business travelers. It is very close to the convention center, and you can walk. Surrounded by trade. The room is comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the hotel has two great restaurants, one of them Thai. Well prepared and attentive staff.

Best place to visit during holidays, hangouts, an evening out with friends, or even just your personal space after work, family , swimming pool, and awesome music from bands

I've actually only seen the outside , and a friend of mine would go all the way from UoN to come to the rest rooms at Sarova the place looks amazing from outside , and posh ... You valets and all ... Then best of all in my opinion, its in CBD ,so very easily accessible

The food available is exquisite, and the security inside and within is top notch. I love how the security guys were friendly

Great hotel for business stay and meetings deep in the CBD. Despite the noise outside they have strived hard to maintain the high standard of the hotel which is commendable.

The architecture of the this hotel can tell a story. Full of historical pictures of the great transformation of the hotel. A true historical gem .

This is the oldest hotel in the Kenyan capital Nairobi. Established back in 1902 it has transitioned over time and hence a visit here gives one a modern and classical feel of Kenya, as the interiors a themed from early 19th century. The facility boasts of visits of high profile guests mostly from the UK in the colonial era. There is a restaurant and a bar serving diverse menus offering global and Kenyan cuisines. There are also state of art conferencing facilities here. Located right at the junction of Kenyatta Avenue and Kimanthi Street.

For someone in the CBD, this is very convenient.
From accommodation, restaurant, conferencing & of course a bar.
The Exchange Bar - named after being the 1st NSE-with its vintage look it's my favourite in town.
