SARL EXEEST - AMORINO Review

When you enter Amorino, you will be charmed by it's interior. Although it's meant for short visits, seatings are really pleasant and comfortable. Specially the one next to a fire place. Gelato is really delicious, although I did try better in NYC. Matter of taste really. Their creations like flower-like gelato in cone is the thing that sells their products in my opinion. Staff is pleasant, patient with first timers and very knowledgable. Definitely recommend.

Great gelato right off of NYU. Disappointed that they took out the hot chocolate machine.

Fun and tasty! There are so many flavors and you can try as many flavors as you want in one cup or cone. Everyone looks like a kid on a Christmas Day !

The ice cream here is phenomenal. The taste is just so fresh, and there is such a large array of options. Not only is there ice cream, they have gelato and sorbert. I m able to come here with my friend who has a dairy allergy and my vegan friend and there s something for everyone. How many would recommend the chocolate flavor as it s from Ecuador and tastes so fresh and good. I m also a fan of fruity sherbet and gelato so in that case I would recommend passionfruit and the raspberry. Aside from the taste it also looks gorgeous since you can Order the cone and they place the ice cream on as petals. It comes out looking like a rose and it s amazing because you can ask for a few flavors if you want to try multiple things. 10/10 recommend

Mediocre cappuccino, very delicious waffles, and probably the worst hot chocolate I have ever had. More like a tasteless chocolate pudding. The amount of trash created here is heart-breaking. In order to avoid making any, I ordered everything to stay and the last thing I had expected was to receive disposable plastic cutlery for my waffle. Not environmentally friendly and also not chic.

Very good Gelato, sometime the lines are too long since the Gelato servers take aong time to build the cones.

The gelato was excellent, but the customer service is somewhat lackluster. The line was quite long and while it is understandable that the cashiers/ice cream makers wanted everything to move efficiently, I was surprised by the abrupt and disrespectful nature of the cashier. She parroted the price to me about four times, couldn't get the machine to swipe my card to work and had to enter the numbers manually, then told me that I need to keep moving when she hadn't even given back my credit card. She was most likely annoyed that she had to stay overtime, which is understandable to some degree, but she was surprisingly rude. It was noticeable, too -- a friend of mine struck our interaction as peculiar and a stranger behind me laughed, saying I must've angered her and questioned if I knew her.

I'd go again, but clearly not when that woman is on shift. I apparently rubbed her the wrong way.

Very delicious ice cream and friendly staff. They were generous with the ice cream. Good place to sit on the comfortable chairs they have at this location.

Its very tasty but did find some ice pieces. They have many varieties of ice cream and sorbets. A little pricey but looks amazing and tastes so good! The macron was a nice bonus!

No customer service. Charged extra money which is not on the menu for just asking an iced cup to put expresso.

Amazing gelato. A little pricey, but so is everything in New York. I do think the gelato is actually worth the price here, too. You can get unlimited flavors on a cone or make a milkshake with two flavors. So good.

4or5??? It was expensive than other ice cream shop. However, when you taste it, you could understand that there are so reasonable price! I tried some famous ice cream shop in NY, but most of shop was so so. It means that I disappointed.
I just turned around a corner and I discovered this shop that looks so good. As you guys know, there are lots of looking good restaurant in NY where foods are awful. At first, when I ordered, server gave a chance of tasting some flavors. Even he was not smile, I felt so kind for me. After that, I experienced to taste it.
Oh, one of the best thing in this shop is... we can choose some flavors whatever you want!!! I think I selected 4 or 5?. Every shop provide to choose just 2 or 3 flavors. It always make me boring.
Anyway, tasting was great! and I forgot the exactly name of flavors, but vanilla, mocha, biscuit(recommend!!!) ???
At last, I really happy to know this shop!

Small, but cozy place. If you want to drink an Italian coffee, this is where you have to go! The macarons with ice cream are also excellent .. prices are a bit high, but justified by the quality.

If you are looking to impress someone and willing to spend your entire paycheck while doing it this is the place. Its excellent icecream gelato. Speak loudly, the people behind the icecream cant hear you very well over the music.

This place has the best ice cream in NYC... I ordered a classic cup with cherry jam ice cream and chocolate hazelnut ice cream...came out to about $12....5 stars for service too because they let sample every flavor they had...would recommend to anyone that likes ice cream....perfect ice cream on a perfect day!

True gelato - the way it should be served - in a cone or in a briosche, the way they do it in the south of Italy.
It is expensive - but less so than the way overrated Grom - more flavourful and greater portions at Amorino.

Another one from the brand: same product, same price. The store does not have a terrace but rather seats inside, on high chairs and on low chairs.

Good, but not spectacular. Good value for the price. Don't come here if you love special ice creams as this is pretty commercial and very classic. Something else - It feels very messy in here. Wished it were cleaner

Having been to their London location, there is definitely a difference in taste. This location still designs it nicely but the taste remains subpar. I have tasted better gelato in the city.

Great gelato, staff a bit inattentive and seemed confused and distracted. Waited almost 10 minutes to be served and we were first line.

Delicious gelato, though some flavors can be too sweet. You can get as many flavors as you like, in any size cup or cone. The staff is also great with suggestions.

One of the better Italian Gelateria in NYC and they also serve coffee here. Home of floral gelato arrangement!!

There is a bench out front to enjoy during the evening hours. Couple lounge chairs for a cafe feel. There are a few high tables and stools for those enjoying a quick bite, but from experience I will pass - the tables are usually sticky from all the melted gelato. I will opt to take my cone to go and stroll around the neighborhood.

The line here varies but definitely long during evening hours and during the summer. The line is long mainly due to people sampling all the gelato flavors ranging from limoncello to amaretto to fruit to nuts. The servers behind the counter will be running around to grabbing all the flavors the customers want to sample.

Rules:
1)Wait in line (great time to reference the menu bar and make up your mind on which flavors to try/get)
2) pay first
3) give receipt to the server behind the counter
4) inform server which flavors you would like to try or have
5) 3 flavors max (but a friend somehow got 4 multiple of times)
6) receive cone/cup - Instagram your creation because why else would you wait on that log of a line.

Super nice people. Artistic ice cream. But the art does not take away from the quality and flavor of the ice cream. Great real italian hot chocolate too. I thought I was in Italy again.

This place is Amazing! The gelatos are so creamy and they literally taste like the exact food in gelato form . Service was superb and everyone was so friendly. YOU CAN ORDER AS MANY FLAVORS AS YOU WANT (and the classic gelato in flower form is beautiful and has A LOT of gelato). Highly recommend

There are a few Amorino now in NYC. Great gelato, but pricey. A least this one, they gave you a fairly good amount of scoop compare to the one by chelsea.

this place is amazing! the service is great and so is the quality of the food they serve. they have tons of vegan, and gluten free options, and all of the gelato and sorbet is all natural!

Nice place, Good rich ice cream. Not the cheapest but you get to choose a variety of flavors. You can sample, service is nice and there's usually room to sit and enjoy the ice cream.

Amorino Greenwich Village is THE mochi ice cream. Like they brought it to America, and they're the very brand that you can find boxes of six in stores everywhere.

I never go to NYC and not come here even in the middle of January. I absolutely love their ice cream, especially the sorbet flavours! The way they make roses out of it is so beautiful and I recommend coming here and trying their stuff. I always get the raspberry and magic sorbet flavours with a mango macaron. Oh and yes their macarons are divine too.
