SARL EXEEST - AMORINO Review

Decent gelato, but not authentic if you ask me, but good range of flavors. Service subpar. Expensive.

You can't go wrong. I liked the limone, chocolate hazelnut, pistachio.

Nice staff, great gelato served like roses if you get a cone!

You can make your own mix for a gelato frappe! So good!

OMG. This place is great! The Gelato is delicious and smooth. The flavors are creative. And the people who scoop it, make it into a beautiful presentation. If you're anyway near when visiting NY, a must visit.

I would give it 10 stars if possible. The gelato is so creamy, fresh, and flavorful, and the cones are equally delicious! I swear it was like being transported back a few years to my vacation in Italy. This is easily the BEST gelato I have had outside of Italy! I only tried the amaretto flavor so far, but I will be back to try more!

Everything about this place is ace: the quality of the food and beverages, the ambiance, location, and -- in a rarity for NYC -- the customer service.

Linda the Assistant Manager was beyond stellar, as was the rest of the staff throughout our time there (we sat and stayed awhile with our teas, coffee and gelatos).

At one point, another awesome team member came around to give samples of macaroons (I'm not usually a big fan, but MAN I loved their vanilla macaroon!!).

I can't recommend this place more highly.

Gelato was delicious but nothing to get super excited over. It was refreshing after a lonnnnng walk all over NY.

My friend thought I was a weirdo because I showed them a photo of their flower ice cream and asked them to make it exactly like that. I didn't care what I got, I wanted it to look photo-pretty :)

I got strawberry, pistachio, kiwi and mango. Get a smaller portion because it's pretty sweet.

Interior is cute and girly. Their souvenir section looked nice.

Nice gelato place with classic flavors! And they do the petal scoops which was very pretty and fun to watch. They gave me more gelato than I was expecting which was nice, especially since it's pricey. You have the option to get a macron on your gelato cone as well. I believe you can get as many flavors as you want which is also nice. Staff were friendly although a little slow.

Really unique way to have gelato since you can have as many flavors as you want, and they'll layer them on like flower petals. The sorbetto flavors are amazingly refreshing.

Cute place, great gelato. Their cones look like flowers! The place is a bit noisy but what can you expect in an italian place full of happy people in a sugar rush? If you are in the neighborhood it's worth a visit!

My second time here and I m proud to say it s on the top of my list of favorite ice cream places in NYC! The flower shape of the ice cream on the cone is good for visuals and the variety and taste of ice cream is vast and great as well! They also allow you to try the flavors before you choose so that s a plus!

Save yourself the airfare to Paris!!! This place will put every flavor you want in your cone and you will not be disappointed.

Marscarpone Fig is where it's at. If the flavor is offered, GET IT!

It's a different ice cream with incredible flavors. The cones are delivered in the form of flower petals, this implies that they take the service with great dedication. The coffee options, cold and hot, are pretty good.

Lovely atmosphere. Great pit stop to take a coffee or sweet treat.

This was definitely the best gelato I've had in a long time. The small is very much so on the smaller side, so it's a little pricey. But, if you like gelato, you'll be happy.

I was craving a crepe and happened to be near by this gem!! The chocolate crepe was so freaking good! I also got an Ecuadorian chocolate shake while my bf got the passion fruit sorbet. I hate that it s so far away from me . Side note, the staff is great here! I accidentally spilled water and they were super sweet about it. There s a few tables inside so you can sit comfortably with a few friends :)

Super cool idea. The kids loved it. Service was a bit on the slow side. Would hate to come on a busier day. Price is right for what you get. Would bring kids back if they wanted to come.

Expensive and the order takers are a bit misleading but good ice cream.

Not only do they have great gelato, but they also nail the presentation every time. I got a tiny cone of vanilla and pistachio gelato shaped into a little rose! It was really decadent but not so sweet that you didn t want to eat it. I haven t tried their macarons yet, but I want to go back soon to do so.

There are tons of flavors and you can put on a lot of flavors on one cup or cone.

The cone is beautiful. Almost to beautiful to eat. But it was delicious.

The ice cream is as tasty as it is pretty. You can combine a multitude of flavors to make up the petals of your ice cream rose.
The place itself has a sofa chair or two and gives a drawing/study room vibe but you also have high chairs giving a more trendy feel.
The staff is helpful in helping you figure out what you want.

Delicious food, good service. Long line but it moves quickly.

Stopped in after a show. The show was really great. The gelato and staff at Amorino were every bit as good. We came back home with two good memories that night.

Passed by on my way to the train last night and decided to pop in on a 45F night. Homegirl Lisa hooked it up with a stracciatella/pistachio/mango combo. Not only were the flavors fire (which she helped guide me to), Lisa crafted the baddest rose petal cone I had ever seen. Didn t even know rose petal cones were a thing, but this looked so beautiful I had to take a picture of her and her craft. 5/5 for ice cream, at 6/5 for the friendly staff and customer service.

Pro tip, ice cream in the fall/winter is a great treat. No racing against the clock since it s not melting at summer rates.

Quite possibly the best ice cream place in NYC.....been here countless times for their amazing gelato...

This is the home of the rose gelato cone! One thing I think it s important to know is that you can pick ANY flavor, as many flavors as you want, ANY size for the cone! That s a game changer. I tried chocolate (Ecuadorean), hazelnut, caramel, blueberry cheesecake, and amarena best rose I ve ever gotten
Besides gelato this place has awesome caffeinated drinks and food. Enjoy while the quarantine is on because this place is usually packed.

High quality desert locale in a popular part of the city. Definitely lives up to its reputation. My one complaint is the double edged sword of its popularity: Amorini is constantly crowded, especially in the summer. In fact, the first couple times my gf and I went there, there were lines exclusively consisting of food tour groups. Im glad people love this place, Amorino is def some of the best sorbeto and gelato in the city, but be prepared to wait.

Such good gelato. They also make it into roses in cones so it's Instagramable lol. Definitely try their speculoos flavor (best I've had yet) and their gelato macaroons are A M A Z I N G

The yogurt gelato is the best here, the corn is designed as a rose, topping with a delicious macaron, special edition with a Santa Clause on top made the ice cream look stunning. Staffs were friendly and hardworking. A good experience!

The hazelnut hot chocolate was chunky and the cup was tiny in comparison to the asking price. Very disappointing in comparison to the very good ice cream.

super nice staff and great flavors! Always love going to amorino. There weren t many seats to choose from when I went because it was a little packed, but that wasn t that big of an issue. There are some outlets to charge your phone which is a plus. I really recommend the strawberry + lime basil flavors!

One of my favourate ice cream places. There is always a line but short enough to give you time to decide which flavor you pick.

Amorino offers an impressive selection of gelato flavors. You can tell that the ingredients are first rate and they have put care into constructing them. The seating space is fairly limited, but adequate. I personally enjoyed the pistachio and hazelnut the most, and don't expect any new or inventive flavors. Prices are high, even amongst their high quality peers, but it's a nice spot if you're in the area.

The cashier is not wearing a mask at all. I d attach a photo but don t want to get the kid in trouble. (Now he s scooping ice cream, so he is in direct contact with the food.) I m not going to eat at a place where the staff doesn t mask up, so I left.

Beth and I stopped by here recently to have gelato. Well, actually it was drizzling a bit and we thought, why not have some gelato. The store is very beautiful decorated and has a cozy seating area to sit back and enjoy your treats. We both got the mango gelato which was delicious. It had the perfect mango taste while being creamy and not overly sweet. I will definitely be back to try the other flavors.

The gelato is GREAT and well presented, but their service could use some work.

Very creamy gelato. The Ecuador grand cru chocolate was great and the amarena was quite good. The caramel was bland though. Fast service, there are chairs inside and benches outside. Recommended.
