Hurtful and heartless. There needs to be a Grand Jury investigation into the professional qualifications and motives of the attorneys. The best outcome and safety of the child was not considered.

They take forever to answer and when they finally do they hang up on you

Very frustrating experience... I would recommend you travel to another dpss this one takes forever and doesn't understand what it takes to help someone with urgency

My case worker doesn't respond to messages or when I tried to reach her using their online octopus system!! It was actually a lot easier to work with the DPSS in LA...Oh well.

A little slow but it takes time to take care of people(: Staff is very friendly
