Long queues outside and inside Client service cent...

Long queues outside and inside Client service centre. A person queues two hours and more before attended to by helpdesk.
Client Service Centre phone goes unanswered 80% of the time.
No upfront information for walk in clients- only to be told at helpdesk what documentation is missing. Website not user friendly in this regard.
Inside of the Client service centre is small and a high risk for contracting COVID-19.

Kindly improve as the above mentioned were observed for numerous years and is not getting any better.
