Sanibel Captiva Community Bank Review

Very nice people, BUT crazy garbage fees and 7% loan rate plus a balloon payment due so very WRONG. We declined the loan too $$$$$$$.

I would like to share the incredible service I received at Sanibel Captiva Bank the other day. With everything crazy that is going on in the world Diane Patterson the Assistant Manager of the Bank took the time to help me set up my Zelle and my personal bank account. Traveling in and out of the Bank because my cell service was nonexistent inside the bank. With the heat index at 110 degrees outside she made no less then 10 trips to input the necessary info till it was complete.

They are not just a bank, they are truly care about meeting your needs and great people there. If your looking for that bank where your not just a customer, your a friend.

I called to asks the bank a simple question and was immediately given attitude. The person that answered the phone was named Linda. I m not for sure if you this bank teaches their employees to answer the phone that way. But it was honestly rude and very uncalled for. If I could give them a lower rating I would this was very unprofessional service.

This bank is one of the main reasons why I ve been able to grow several businesses. They took a chance on me when I had poor credit and no other bank would. Grateful would be an understatement.

SanCap bank's staff are just terrific - friendly, smart, competent people. They work very hard to help their customers and are attentive to customers' needs. The wait is never long, and you can have confidence in the staff's accuracy. A pleasure to bank there!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We just purchased a home in Cape Coral, with Sanibel Captiva Community Bank (SanCap Bank) providing the financing. We referred to SanCap Bank by our realtor, for mortgage financing. The entire team at SanCap Bank were extraordinary, with only 10 days from Application receipt to approval. Most importantly, SanCap Bank was able to easily overcome an issue for foreign buyers that would otherwise preclude conventional mortgage financing from a larger financial institution.

SanCap Bank, in my view, is a perfect example of a "community bank" which truly is part of, understands and fosters the growth of, the local community.

I have never experienced a bank that treats you like family before coming here. I've had the same bank account since I was 16 (34 now) with a chain bank and couldn't tell you anyone's name that works there. In fact, they have somewhat removed human interaction almost completely.

As a Lee County resident for over 30 years, finding a local bank for a small business has been getting difficult. Since opening our account in 2016, SanCap Bank and their staff have been amazing from business banking, small business loans and even PPP in these uncertain times.
