I called to asks the bank a simple question and was immediately given attitude. The person that answered the phone was named Linda. I m not for sure if you this bank teaches their employees to answer the phone that way. But it was honestly rude and very uncalled for. If I could give them a lower rating I would this was very unprofessional service.
