Correct accommodation, it offers everything you advertise, but more emphasis should be placed on modernizing rooms.

We had a great time. Very friendly staff, spotless rooms and common areas, a lot of attention to the covid. Use a special tool to sanitize bathrooms, swimming pool and gym.
The gym is well equipped.
Excellent location and close to the escalators that take you to the historic center. There is a very useful paid parking lot nearby.
Too bad for the very poor breakfast. Better to make a nice sandwich with Norcia ham in some butcher shop

For work reasons stay in many hotels of the same category throughout the national territory. I have had occasion to stay several times in this structure. I was fully satisfied with the cleanliness of the premises, the restaurant and above all the courtesy and helpfulness of all the staff in particular of Mr. Umberto. Thank you, Giuseppe Corradetti.

Classy hotel, very well located, the rooms are really big and nice. I stayed over Christmas with my family, on our arrival, although I had booked a standard double room, surprisingly I was offered a superior room for the same price, I was really thrilled by the excellent welcome. If I were to recommend a hotel in Perugia, I would definitely recommend the Sangallo Palace.
I would recommend it for the beauty and cleanliness of the rooms, the courtesy and kindness of all the staff and for the quality of the dishes at the restaurant.

Hotel located in the center of Perugia, very convenient as in 10 minutes with the escalators you are in the center.
Classic double room very large but without minibar (at least ours), clean bathroom but full courtesy service only on request (only shampoo, cream, cap and soap) and toilet flush malfunctioning.
Rather poor breakfast for a four-star hotel with hot drinks from self-service machines.
However, what made me give only 3 points out of 5 was the lack of friendliness found in all the staff met (with the exception of the lady present in the breakfast room who was instead very friendly and kind).
Should I go back to Perugia I would look for something else

Quality, courtesy, cleanliness and excellent service. The historic center is a stone's throw away from the escalator. Excellent restaurant, hearty breakfast, easily accessible parking. The staff is very kind and always available. I advise.

Impeccable service and cozy rooms. Breakfast is rich and for all tastes. Perhaps the only slight flaw for the shower a little too small, and therefore it is easy to wet the floor. The indoor swimming pool is very nice, not very big but ideal for a moment of relaxation and fun.

Very nice hotel located near the bus station below the main town in Perugia. Entrance to the upper town area is through the steps and escalators located nearby. The hotel is modern with large comfortable rooms and a very helpful staff. Our stay included breakfast with was large and varied. Enjoyed the three nights we were here - restaurants very close by.

A great hotel, good value for money, excellent location both for accessibility and for the proximity to the stairs to the upper town.

The hotel is good..close to the city centre. The only problem is the restaurant..service too low not exactly what you would expect from a 4star hotel.

I returned to the San gallo Palace Hotel in Perugia from 03/02/2019 to 06/02/2019. I arrived late in the evening, despite this, I found the gentleman at the reception very cordial, composed, and polite. The rooms were spotless. I dined for two evenings in the Hotel, Mr. Paolo, a polite, professional and composed waiter, was able to advise me very well with an accurate description of the menu and the wine. One thing, in my opinion very important, that falls within the skills of a few who do this job, while he was talking to me, in a calm tone, he glanced into the room on

I was only visiting for a seminar. The room I stayed in is quite welcoming and well kept.

1 Air conditioner not adjustable beyond 25 degrees (at night I had to turn it off). 2 very hot bath in the sun. Ventilation did not work. Uncomfortable bath to shower. Towel rack placed in front of the sink that forces you to bend excessively to wash your face. 3 terrible breakfast; in a 4-star hotel there is no minimum service at the table and the customer has to prepare cappuccino for the machine. Pension level in Gatteo a mare. 4. Uncomfortable bed, double bed formed by two mattresses with separate springs of which you could feel the springs stick out, especially on the edges (slept badly!). For the rest, friendly desktop service. But it does not justify the price. Not recommended for those looking for a 4-star!

Great location. Easy access to the center of Perugia via the nearby escalators. Parking available, but with few places in the immediate vicinity. Easy disabled access. Large, well-equipped rooms. Free WiFi.

Nice room in a good location like 10 minutes walk to the center. Good and various breakfast and clean, chilling swimming pool. They charged 11 euros/ day for the car parking although it wasn't mentioned on site.

Average room as size. Big and very comfortable bed. Gigantic LED TV. 15 minutes walk from the historic center. Nice hotel, excellent service, like cleaning. Sophisticated breakfast and great news. I don't give 5 stars, because even though the rooms have a decent decor, I think it should be renovated.

The kindness of the staff is excellent, the cleanliness of both the room and the common areas is impeccable and they followed me step by step to make the most of the holiday bonus. I had lunch there once and loved both service and food. The atmosphere is 60es like and the room is bright and full of windows with a great view on Perugia. The service was fast and accurate.
