So sad, I've been going to this DI for years, but just saw my first racial discrimination here. Hispanic lady accused of changing prices. I was near her for a lot of her shopping, she never did anything to my knowledge, but even if she had, the cruelty expressed by the front end people and nasty managers was inexcusable. I was floored by the horrible behaviour the manager displayed in particular. I'm so heartbroken I can barely finish. Then he started taking the mismarked toys from her children as they cried....I just can't

I've been to almost every thrift store in Utah and SLC counties and I can say that this is definitely one of my favorites. It's very well organized, fairly priced, and always has clean restrooms. The staff is friendly and very willing to help.

The associates continuously stock the store with more merchandise until about 4:00 PM. It seems like it is busiest on Saturdays, and weekdays from around 1:00-4:00. I like to do my treasure hunting in the evenings. Like all thrift stores, a little time and patient perusing turns up great treasures. I've seen signed jerseys, autographed books, arcade games, snakeskin boots, Coach purses, and much, much more.

This DI has a very good donation base. Whenever I donate I try to come in the morning or evening because the donation drive through tends to be very busy in the afternoon, especially on Saturdays.

Some of the people working there are a little odd -- I try to be patient with them because I know that DI is a job training program and they do a lot of good for the community. Overall they are genuinely kind and helpful.

I hope this helps. Happy shopping!
