It is about just about self satisfaction with conditions. Means no career, no scope just work like a machine continues 12 to 16 hours.
Very very very bad company.....if u want to spoil ur Carrier , future then join this company...no management ,no system......Department head are very partial & biased...in paper company policy 8 hours for working...But Working culture is 10+ hours normally with out any over time pay....Very harassing place...Hr department & department both harassing the employee....Top management or top hr management or top department management....no one listens ur problem...no
support.. nothing.... Very very bad experience for Me... my first & last mistake of my life that join this company..
very bad co-ordination from gate to management. you will be annoyed. no future, no salary. work like a machine and be paid like a helper. follow 5'S and work with POKA-YOKE. Thats the work for diploma students. even an illiterate can do that. will quit soon..

Poor Management completely lala company 3 months notice period late ha gross salary par.they only manufacture diesel products no future.
Poor Manpower Management no one can talk with you respectfully and if you are knowledgeable engineer but here you are a robotic labor, that's why I leave this company only in 15 days
