My experiences of Sanctuary are all positive. I find them super-helpful, quick to respond to queries, easy to contact and most importantly, they keep the jobs coming!
Some of the recruiters are really good. But it's a bit hit and miss. Some of the staff are really friendly while others are rude. So first impressions is hit and miss. Efficiency of being paid is on par with other job recruitment agencies. Not brilliant but do try to sort out any problems quickly. What I will say about Sanctuary Personal is they were the only recruitment company out of five different recruitment companies who were willing to help me find work in the UK when I first arrived from Australia to the UK.
Got made redundant after saying there was budget cuts, yet they posted my job back up a week later. Worse company in the UK that treats people like that.

Excellent Nursing agency. Whenever I contact my consultant Rhys Macdonald I am always pleased. Once I had to make a compliant about a delayed payment. I was dealt with in an effective and professional manner and my issue was resolved efficiently. Terrible company. Management make poor decisions, then blame staff when things don't go well. They treat staff very poorly. Would not recommend working for this company to my worst enemy...
