A hidden secret. Great prices and had a good a stay. Cocktails served in a tiny glass. Not appealing at all. Chef likes using curry and it wasn't what we read on the menu. Don't get you coffee from the coffee they will make you a proper coffee at the bar.
Had an absolutely amazing time staying at the resort and play on a beautiful golf course. Will definitely be an annual event in the future. A massive thanks to Brooke who helped with all of the bookings and dealing with it all easily.
Love it! Parmigiana sauce and the salad dressing was delicious.
The large bowl of wedges were sufficient quantity, slightly crunchy outside.
The kids pizza was a little small but enjoyable.
Don t recommend the fish, mostly a crunchy batter, with a small amount of fish.
Staff were professional and friendly.
Golf and rooms were great, however the food was over cooked and expensive. Minimal choice of wine (surprising given they are right next to some of the best wineries in Australia). Full Breakfast was cold and expensive. If I want to play golf there again, I'll stay & eat somewhere else.
Went for a few days golfing recently. Stayed in a 2 bedroom villa overlooking the pool. The villas are very dated and in dire need of modernisation. Shower pressure almost non-existent and best described as a fast trickle. Had to remove the shower head to have a decent shower! Pool area is nice and the bar and restaurant is good with decent food albeit at higher prices. Also recently stayed at Bunbury Hotel Koombana bay which is very nice at the same prices.
A group of us stayed at the resort for a couple of days and the young lady named Reyna who served us drinks, meals and snacks was absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble. She made our stay very enjoyable. Food was great as well. We felt a cheese board/ platter would have been a welcome addition to the snack menu.
Great golf course. Tests all skill levels, especially mine. Back nine is like Back beach with sand and water everywhere. The greens are excellent and fairways too. Just keep out of the sand. Great bar and food.
Difficult to park initially due to a separate function but parking directions supplied. Great days golf and great course. Played the back 9
We had an incident while staying at Mercure Bunbury Golf Resort the Manager, Bob got involved immediately and went above and beyond to put our mind at ease. All the reception and restaurant staff are super friendly and very helpful!
Will definitely recommend Mercure Bunbury to anyone looking for a nice and relaxing holidays in Bunbury area.
