Dr Raj Gupta is neurologist . On the very first visit he diagnosed my mom s neurological issue In brain which turned out to be a huge tumor. He guided is through the entire process and even provided neuro surgeon reference with great experience. Even post surgery he provided a suppor like no other doctor I have seen. He has been her neuro doctor since last 4 yrs now. I have never seen him loose patience with his patients or enemies thier relatives, in fact he helped me understand what my mom would be going through. My mom is healthy today because if doctors like him.
I would like to recommend Dr. Shah a very knowledgeable Dr. The office has a great atmosphere. Great staff like Lily, an Awesome and outstanding Medical office Assistant, a great person to have as a team member she's extremely helpful and goes the extra mile to take care of patients requests or needs.

Cannot easily contact by phone. No answer or busy or recording says leave message then mailbox full. Didn t keep me informed of insurance problems. Called at last minute ( less than 15 hours) to inform that insurance doesn t do in office sleep study s without certain conditions. Didn t call to ask about me about conditions. Got prescribed brand new migraine meds that seem to increase my migraines. Not impressive. Seem too busy or indifferent. I ve worked it with my insurance and I m taking it elsewhere. Thanks for the stress and hassle.
Don't waste your time with this doctor, he is too busy to give you what help/treatment you need. There are many other neurologists that you can choose from. Pass on this one.
