Its disgusting this company has mo regard to human life in these trying times. Is a sandwich worth risking people's health? Shame on you !!!

Horible sandwich factory company.i don't know anybody who say anything nice about this factory.teamleaders and team shouting and talking with people so bad.bring people into depresion and give presure on them.nothing professional come ....just like get respect from people which working hard to keep company going.system for Covid19 horrible too.About that system stay people at home for get temperature and flue.temperature are to low like frige and in that wearing mask which is after couple minutes wet??!!where is healthy care?

Team leaders in high care are rude and unprofessional. They shout and mock you if you are slow, alacarte coordinators treat you like dirt, they do not even give formal training, neither a full shift.

Management have no clue what s going on.

I went to this angency to get some work, the people are horrible constantly pressuring you. i used to get sent home if there was no work and. had 3 warnings about my poor work performance. got sacked last year because of incident that happened at samworth brothers. you dont get a full shift never guranteed. and have to wait for bus which is always late. they never phone to tell if you needed at work. Defintely rubbish pay. not enough!!! security guards are idiots they wont let you in if you booked for shift. rude and they have bad attitude. freezing cold. always get your payslips wrong or mess something up. avoid this messed up angency. no point in getting food at canteen always satff not organised. not I hate a la carte. they should a duty manager that anwers the phone never did if you problem.. coodinatters are rude and very unprofessional. you should be shut down permantly and change your name to bastard carte. :) :D

They help our community centre at Beaumont Lodge Neighbourhood Association out with free sandwiches every year for our volunteers.

The managers especially Ola is alright but the team leaders are incompetent and rude especially Anna the Polish Team leader from hygiene.. She mocks people and take the mick and she does nothing apart from walking around angry with swollen face the size of watermelon. But I heard she's going back to Warsaw because of Brexit, so there's the positive thing.

My partner worked here for 7 months and was treated like crap. He turned up for every shift even when he was unwell. He was called in on his holidays that he had booked off. They expect you to drive in vehicles that shouldn't be road worthy. And when he refused to drive a van because it had a bald tyre he was bullied. Management bullied him. The lack of communication within this company is stupid no one knows what anyone is doing. Wages were frequently messed up. Was promised a full time job a few times but because he enquired about the state of the vehicles and why he had found someone drive in the vehicle he was told he wasn't needed anymore. Stay away from this company. He was given a new sandwich to try which he brought home for me to do. I opened it to find it was in date but mouldy and the stock WHERE this sandwich had come from was being sent to Tesco
