So much to learn and so much knowledge from the resident teacher. Everyone is kind and helpful
A wonderful place to visit. Great people who are very friendly.
So many years I ago I came to this center looking for some peace of mind, I found meditation, good friends and modern Buddhism. I am still a work in progress, but unquestionably my life and that of those around me has improved by practicing meditation and putting these teachings into practice.
The teachings have transformed my life.
Wonderful teachers and great community of people.

- Meditation Classes: We offer several types of meditation classes including guided meditations on specific topics (e.g., love & kindness), silent meditations with instructions provided beforehand.
- Study Programs: For those who want to delve deeper into their study & practice we provide structured study programs based on books written by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.
