Samsung Electronics Hellas Review

Can somebody tell me if you can buy in here the Samsung products like the gear vr?

Almost all my devices throughout the years have been Samsung, I have been for the most part happy with them, with a few exceptions. Most recently, my 2.5 year old 55" HDTV screen started to show "fractures" of light on bright color backgrounds. Knowing it was out of warranty, I contacted a certified Samsung tech to troubleshoot the problem. He informed me that problem is "cracking in the light defuser sheet" and the part is only supplied with a new screen panel which would not be worth it. Frustrated, I contacted Samsung thru email,explaining the situation and requested to buy only the part I needed. To my surprise, a very kind lady (unfortunately I do not remember her name) from Samsung Hellas consumer support called me asking for the technician's name to talk to him about the issue. Again!! they surprised me a couple days later informing me that they will cover the whole cost of the repair. 1 week later the certified technicians from "TELEGAL" Mr. Zachos (the same people that diagnosed it) called that the panel has arrived and to schedule a pick-up. They took it at 11am and it was back on my wall by 4pm looking brand new. I was ready to start trying other brands but this gesture has renewed my loyalty. Thank you!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the attitude of Samsung service.The representative was indifferent and rather rude.I bought a Samsung TV from Plaisio that doesn't receive all the channels and no HD. Every other TV we have receive all channels and HD including all TV's in the rest of the building.Apparently the high tech new TV is not compatible with a standard/ariel.
This was not mentioned when I bought the TV and neither Plaiso or Samsung is willing to do anything about it.I asked to replace the TV with less hi tech model but to no avail.Extremeley poor service and I would never recommend Samsung to anyone on the future.

Never had a bad experience with Samsung. All my mobile devices since 2010 are Samsung and I'm very satisfied. Customer service is always helpful, even if sometimes you may hold for several minutes.

They never pick up when i call them .....
Very unprofessional.
They dont even deserve 1 star.

Best Electronics in the world! Great product and warranty!
