I am extremely disappointed with the attitude of Samsung service.The representative was indifferent and rather rude.I bought a Samsung TV from Plaisio that doesn't receive all the channels and no HD. Every other TV we have receive all channels and HD including all TV's in the rest of the building.Apparently the high tech new TV is not compatible with a standard/ariel.
This was not mentioned when I bought the TV and neither Plaiso or Samsung is willing to do anything about it.I asked to replace the TV with less hi tech model but to no avail.Extremeley poor service and I would never recommend Samsung to anyone on the future.
