The quality of the products I received from Samec was average. They were not as good as I expected and the customer service was not very helpful. I wouldn't recommend them.

The customer service at Samec is just average. I had a few issues with my order and their response was not very satisfactory. The quality of their products is decent but nothing exceptional. Overall, I would say it's an okay company.
