HealthNet Medical Clinic Review

I have been going to this doctor s office since about 2015. They are my everything! They have me covered from regular health care issues to female/women well being. Just to be clear - I go to the location on De Zavala.

I have received top notch care every time I go in. I have not had a bad experience in all the years they have treated me.

Just like normal a doctor office they get busy but they definitely do their best to stay on top of everything. Don t let the bad reviews detour you from making an appointment with their office.

Very nice people just don't know what they're doing gave me my i-693 documents without signing. It delayed the USCIS process by 2 weeks. I scheduled an appointment again when doctor was supposed to be there, and when I got there they told me Dr left 2 hours early and without signing so need to go third time (45 miles one way) since doctor had to sign anyway I requested one more change which was absolutely fine if they had done their job correctly the first time. Just bad functional Management and communication. But very nice and helpful staff.

I happened to this doctor's office by chance for a last minute appointment back in March mostly because all of the other clinics I contacted didn't accept new patients as walk ins. I am so grateful that happened though. Since my first visit, every person that I have ever interacted at this clinic (from the front desk to the nurses to the doctors) has been nothing but helpful, empathetic, and I felt treated like a person rather than another patient, another dollar. I appreciate the doctors are able to give honest advice and recommendations without being condescending. Dr. Reyes is truly a great doctor. After seeing different doctors at other places, I've been able to stay on the healthiest path I've been on at in years. Usually I hate going to the doctors but this clinic makes it a lot easier. I know I've kind of rambled here, but I wanted to recognize them the level of care they've given- it's pretty hard to find these days!!

Terribly long wait times! Waited over an hour to see doc past my apt time....actually fell asleep waiting since I work nights :( .....other than long wait times the doctor i saw today was very thorough and understanding

This is honestly the best clinic I've ever been to. They listen to my concerns, and get me going in the right direction. The staff is awesome, they treat me with the upmost respect, this is the greatest experience I've ever had from a clinic,

Very impressed with this clinic.
The receptionist was nice and welcoming (which is very hard to come by, most receptionists at primary care clinics are NOT pleasant at all)
I scheduled my appt ahead and they got me in pretty quickly within 48 hours of my call and she was friendly on the phone as well. Short wait time in the waiting room too.
Dr. O was great- non-judgmental and extremely helpful
The best part of the experience was the nurse Amy and the other couple of nurses who helped her. They were so sweet & patient and did a good job on a procedure that is usually very difficult on me.
I also work in healthcare, so I know how it is easy to get caught up in the daily grind and stress and not really care about patients experience, but this was not the case here. One of the nurses even gave me a donut.
Highly recommend!

5 star service every time I go in for my appointments!! The all lady staff are always kind, professional, and super fun!! I always feel a warm fuzzy welcoming feeling when they address me by name, because they remember their patients as we walk in the door!! I am so glad to have found a health clinic near me with such amazing staff and doctors. I don't want to ever go anywhere else but here for the rest of my days!!! Great job, ladies!!!

Its hot no AC and temp. Inside is above 85 F and very long waiting time though the receptionists are nice
