Sam Pack's Five Star Ford Review

This new building they have in Carrollton is Super Nice! It's like walking into a really nice hotel. Melanie & Jess were awesome! The finance manager David was very informative and I walked away knowing more about how this works. This was by far the best car buying experience I've had. I recommend you see Melanie or Jess if you come to this location.

Never do business with this place if you are out of state! First, the sales rep wasn't there at the agreed at time when I flew in. Second, no-one else had any clue what was going on, so I had to wait an hour for him to show up. Then, had to wait another hour as none of the paper-work had been done, even though he'd had over 2 weeks to be prepared. He didn't follow-up with the previous owner on parts that he said he was going to. But at this point, I didn't have time to fight with them anymore as I had to get on the road. Took another 2 months for them to finally get all the paperwork together for my car to finally be registered. Now my state is trying to charge me late fees and penalties due to them failing to submit the paperwork and sales taxes on time! The nightmare still continues...

Great place to buy you car customer service is amazing

I absolutely love Sam Pack's Five Star Ford. This is probably the 6th vehicle I have purchased from them. Two Taurus, 3 Fusions and now finally a 2017 Escape. I love my new Escape. Mike Munden and Taylor Munden were awesome. I was in and out of there within an hour! Seriously! I will never buy from another dealership nor salesperson. These people know there stuff and I recommend them to everyone. Go see Mike and Taylor. You won't regret it!

Worked with Alan Reynolds looking at a SUV.. Alan was very helpful, test drive, answered all my questions.. worked with me on pricing for the vehicle as well.. His manager Michael I believe.. he worked a great deal with me as well.. I decided to purchase I different vehicle from another location only because that was the vehicle I wanted and they didn t have it.. I will recommend Alan and Michael to anyone.. Great service

The first time I came here I i was charged 90 for a diagnosis on my truck the second time a few months after I am charged 145$ by service advisor Garrett Tidman . Told me the price to fix my truck was almost 5 thousand to repair took it to another google verified mechanic nearby and only said it would be 2,000 on repairs . I think this place over charges too much .

Wonderful service!! Though there was a wait. My vehicle was taken back in the timeframe the service representative said it would be and delivered back to me in the time quoted. Very organized and pleasant to work with.

On my 3 mile walk I was crossing through the parking lot when I noticed a 17 Ford Expedition in the lobby and not even a full 2 minutes later I meet Donald Davis who out of every car dealership I have visited in this area from small ones in the industrial districts to large ones such as Five Star. I have to say Donald was one of the friendlist and most down to earth salesmen I've meet. But anyways about the car for something with only 49k miles I was expecting at little more Ware and tare. There was surprisingly quiet cabin even with the door open and has to be the most comfortable seats I've set in.

well i thought i was crazy for what i was asking for because of what all the other dealerships were telling me. However when sam pack ford met almost exactly what i was asking for i finally realized all those other dealership were the crazy ones.

I Took my truck 9:30 in morning get alignment and didn't get a call, remember this is after 12:30. I'm guessing they started on it right away and within a hour I finally got a call. Only to find out that they can't do my truck. Whoever the person who drove my truck joyed ride it because they ripped the cord out of my speaker boxes laying on the seat. It takes a lot to rip it out from my own experience...
