Salon EllaPar & Spa - a full service luxury day spa Review

I have had many services done at Salon EllaPar and I ve always been more than happy with the results. I recently came in to have a pixie cut done by Tawny. I showed her a photo and she knew exactly how I wanted it and did a great job in a short amount of time. Tawny is a great hair stylist and I know that every time I see her, my hair will turn out perfect. Can t recommend Salon EllaPar enough! Professional and caring business!

Sam really knows how to cut my very short hair just the way I like it! The atmosphere is professional, and I love browsing the boutique.

A few days ago I got a haircut at another salon that I was not so pleased about. I called Salon Ella Par and explained the situation and they got me in immediately. The staff that work there were so sweet and understanding which is always appreciated. When I got there I was greeted by Sam. I showed her what was wrong, and she immediately knew what needed to be done in order to fix it. She was kind, very enjoyable to talk to, and she did a fantastic job on my hair. I walked out feeling so much better. I would recommend her and Salon Ella Par to anyone! (:

Stacie did a fabulous job , very considerate and listened to what I wanted ,very very happy with the results, best haircut I ve had in a long time highly recommend her !!!!! The staff was very friendly and the salon was very clean !!!!!

I don t know how the rest of the salon is but I DO NOT recommend the spray tan. I specifically asked the person who tanner me if I would be orange, they said I would not turn orange. I came out looking like a Oompa Loompa the next day along with VERY obvious missed spots from the artist. I followed all instructions I was given over the phone and when I was there. Then when I reached out to the salon about the issue requesting for my money back the owner contacted me and told me they would not be refunding me my money because I did not come in to get my tan fixed with them, I instead got it fixed by someone else. I would not ever recommend going to this business for any spray tan what so ever.

I highly recommend this salon to anybody, but particularly any Navy wives who just moved to the Kings Bay base area and are looking for their next stylist. I have gone to Shannon twice for a hair cut and color. I have received many complements on my hair after an appointment with her. Also, a bonus to this salon (and I don't know if it is southern hospitality or not) is the fact that I was offered a free sweet tea for both my visits while she mixed the color for my hair. Sadly, due to my husband's orders, we have moved away from the area. I hope I can soon find a stylist as professional as Shannon. She worked very quickly. She didn't take any short cuts with my hair and actually fixed a bad hair cut that I had done at the NEX...(DON"T GO TO THE BEAUTY SALON AT THE NEX!!!)
The one downside to this salon is that I find the prices to be a tad bit expensive for my taste. I have thick, straight frizzy hair down to my shoulder blades...and for my hair cut, highlights and an eyebrow wax my total came to around $120. But then again, you get what you pay for.

I use the spa services, Christina is excellent! My wife uses spa and hair and she loves it all!

I went for a massage on my birthday. The whole salon is beautiful. They had a little clothes boutique of sorts and had such cute clothes. They listened to what I wanted and were polite and professional. After my massage I got to sit and read magazines and eat snacks and drink tea before leaving. Planning on taking my daughter for her birthday for a mani pedi spa day! Also prices are super fair! They offer so much !

Grea! Very satisfied with the cut and the sweet and gracious attitude of all the ladies that work there, including the owner of the salon!
The salon offers not only services for ladies but men, and children's hair; additionally there is a Spa services that can REALLY pamper a lady. There are specials run on the different Spa packages , as well as the clothes, jewelery, shoes, ect, and hair and face products.
Refeshments are available for free as well.

There is parking in the rear of the Salon also.
The prices are responsible and the atmosphere is very cordial.

Quite close by are a couple of restaurants, of which one is an All You Can Eat. Also is a Mail And More located in the same area and really great dry cleaners.

Located across the street is a dollar store, pharmacy, health store.

Anna saved my hair after too many brunette low lights were put over icy blonde highlights at another salon. While I have always loved my usual small town salon, I'm so glad Anna was able to squeeze me in and get my hair back to blonde (I'm naturally a blonde) before my maternity pics in 3 days time.

This is a very nice salon. Tawny is a fantastic stylist! She works with your style preference and gives you the best cut and styling tips for your hair. She is very sweet and professional. Also, the salon is fairly priced.

I had gone to Tawny a few times and was happy with the services I received until a few days ago. I have always been particular about my hair and try to care for it to always look and feel it's best. I had Tawny give me my first keratin treatment ever and the day after my hair started freying from about mid shaft down. On day 2 it was worse. I finally washed it with the recommended products that also have keratin in it but little did I know the products would cause more harm (explained from a different professional).I called Sallon Ella Par as soon as they opened. Left a message and FINALLY spoke with Tawny about 5 hours after my message and after I had to call a few more times about my damaged hair. Tawny was not at all compassionate about the damage and basically treated me as if it wasn't the treatment when I KNOW it was. She then told me she can do a deep conditioning but I'd have to wait 4 days and she wouldn't be able to dry it due to being booked. I took it upon myself to try Salon North in Yulee Fl where they took EXCELLENT care of me an hour AFTER I called them. One girl even rubbed my back because I cried after it was fixed!!! I will NEVER go back to Salon Ella Par again!!!!!!!!

Salon Ella Par is a nice salon, with friendly staff, that are courteous and helpful. They offer a boutique as well as severa hair and beauty supply items. The stylist I had was very accommodating and did her best to give me what I wanted. Unfortunately, either my photo and explanation wasn't specific enough or her vision of what I said, was her vision. The haircut felt great though and it wasn't until I took a selfie, I realized my hair didn't look like I wanted. My advice is to have more than one photo of the style you want. Be specific of the length you want, and be explicit about where you want your part etc. Keep in mind, if you're unfamiliar with the salon and stylist, you should adjust your expectations. Just as you're unfamiliar with the stylist, he or she is unfamiliar with you and your hair.

Clarissa is so warm and relatable. She creates a comfortable atmosphere. I love how she takes her time with your hair, she is very thorough and experienced. The salon itself is beautiful and all the ladies are so professional and inviting.
