Brittny did my root touch up and as always, LOVE IT!

Sarah Michelle is the best. And when I needed to sneak in for a shampoo and blow dry during surgeries...they got me right in and we're so awesome.

Went in for a color correction with the understanding that my hair might not turn out the best, left with red roots and green ends. Went back to ask to get it fixed or a refund and they told me there was nothing hey could do. I do not recommend them whatsoever the receptionist was not willing to work with me and neither was the manager. Really disappointmented. Also received a very blunt hair cut instead of layers and have not worn my hair down since. Thanks I paid $230.000 I feel completely ripped off!!!

Luisa does great color and she is a perfectionist with her hair cuts!

I went in with orange roots and bright blonde straw-like hair and Emily fixed my hair the EXACT way I wanted it. My confidence has been restored in my hair and I couldn't be more grateful

I had a wonderful experience with Luisa! I came in as a walk in and she only had time to cut my hair and not fully blow-dry/style it before her next appt, which was totally fine I was there for the cut anyway. I saw the woman who had just had her hair done by Luisa and liked how hers looked so I decided to go for it. I didnt bring any photos but I explained what I wanted and she asked me many questions along the way confirming what I wanted. I had about 4 inches cut off the length and some layering. Its fully air-dried now and I couldnt be more happy...highly recommend!

I am a San Clemente local and this is the perfect place for me. Been going to Sarah Michelle for over 8 years... and she always is up to date on the latest styles and techniques. Would highly recommend her and Salon Bamboo to anyone looking for amazing highlights, cuts and conversation!

Have always loved my hair when I leave. I'm not a "regular' as I don't live here, just a winter visiter but I always use their salon and always happy with results and able to get appointments.
