My girlfriend and I had an excellent time here in Valentine's Day weekend. We didn't get a chance to go to the spa because someone (me) forgot to book earlier enough, however the staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was excellent. The in-room fireplace is lovely and bring able to see and hear the falls is great.

Everything from the courteous staff to the Spa services, the dinner at the in house Dining room and breakfast on the patio of our room while listening to the falls came together to make the perfect night away for our 20th Anniversary!

Came here for an anniversary dinner. All the staff were very friendly when we arrived. We requested a window seat when we called in reservations a month earlier. You could tell they didn t want to give them away easy when we showed up....we waited 20 mins to get one.

Martinis arrived after being seated and they were not grey goose martinis. There was something that tasted artificial in it. Maybe it was low grade vodka. They sent them back and the next ones were correct.

Food was a step up from a microwave meal. We ordered Halibut and salmon...it was so shockingly bad for $50 entrees.

The restaurant has an amazing atmosphere, friendly staff and awesome location...just don t go for the food.

They need to rethink the management oversight and quality control.

I did not stay over night at the lodge this visit. I hiked to the falls. I was married at Salish lodge in 2010. The rooms are comfy and classy. The beds are very cozy but short. The view from the walk way is beautiful and short hike to the falls is very worth it.

I chose this place for my husband's 50th b-day dinner. When called for reservation, I asked for window seating. Before leaving to the restaurant, I called to confirm our table and I was assured we got a table by the window. When we got to our table, it was NOT by the window. The waiter Erik G. took over 5 minutes to greet us. Everyone just kept walking by. No acknowledgement. Then no bread was brought to our table as we watched everyone else get theirs. We had to ask for it after our appetizers. Then the meal came, he never came to check on how we're doing. We had to stop an assistant wait staff to refill our waters. When we ordered a bottle of wine which we poured ourselves after the initial pour, he copped an attitude and rolled his eyes that I wasn't ordering by the glass which he kept trying to press. Just a HORRIBLE experience. Never again. Thanks for ruining our celebration Erik G.

The lodge was great from start to finish! Extremely helpful staff, GREAT food at The Attic, and a nice room with fireplace all seated right next to the falls. Would definitely recommend!

Very accommodating with a cheerful, pleasant staff. Service was great. Ate at the Attic and had only good things to say about the food and drinks. The room was very comfortable in size and the tub in the bathroom was a nice surprise. The gift shop offered many ideas as far as family gifts. Had a very nice stay overnight.

The newly remodeled rooms were beautifully done! We were very happy with the room itself. Unfortunately, the rest of the lodge is a total money pit. There s a $40 daily property fee, but no amenities, aside from coffee setup in the morning for a couple hours (but not early enough for morning hikers). They have a new lounge area, but you have to pay an additional $95 dollars to utilize it. The gift shop charges $5 for a small bottle of water. There was a plastic Seattle ornament that I thought might be a cute memento that was $30!!
The restaurants had mediocre food, but at prices on par with many Michelin Star restaurants I ve been too. Expect to spend at least $100 dollars on dinner for two (without alcohol). There s not much else in the area so we didn t really have a choice but to eat there.

Hospitality leaves something to be desired for such a pricey hotel. The front desk staff was cranky in the morning. Saving grace were the valet guys. They really hustled and were very nice and accommodating.

Overall, nice room renovation, but I really regret spending two nights and a ton of money there.

We had lunch at their restaurant Attic before leaving the hotel. We requested window table but there is none at that moment. So we sat at a table close to window and was waiting for one of the window tables freeed up before we finished lunch. There was one opened when we were half way through lunch but we were told by the staff that the window table was reserved for someone else. Then they moved people from another table to that table and they arrived later than we did. We feel we got treated unfairly. Probably because we are Asians. Both of their restaurants are also overpriced.

The food was excellent and the views of the falls were so pretty from our window. I had been here before and Loved how they treated me the last time I was here. This time I went with my children and my aunt and let me tell you that I had never felt so disrespected by waitress before like I did that day. My son asked for a refill and she told him flat out no, I m going to act like your mom, you eat your burger first I was in disbelief. She should have asked me if it was okay to bring him a refill and not decide for us. Then we had to ask her about the biscuit with the honey because she didn t offer it. She never asked us if we had any questions about the menu or if the food was even good. She really didn t want us there! My kids were not being disruptive at all. They were on their phones the whole time. I don t know what is wrong with this woman. I hope someone talks to this lady and if I ever go back there again I will make sure I talk to the manager next time! Never mind I tipped her 20% after all that! Her name is Sandra P. And we were sitting at table 106 on Sunday 8/12/18.

This place sucks...our tub had some hair in it i tried to whipe it out only to realize there was much more and it was disgusting because of the dirty tub that we did not get to use the first night the manager of the hotel offered us a meal at the restaurant and it up being food that was most disgusting as ever it is quiet and relaxing. A bit too high and I'd like to have some ice in my room but I can't seem to find the ice machine the restaurants don't have prices and their menus way too high end for me they don't have goose down blankets they have feather blankets and they poke me and scratch me.
And what high end reasterant dose not box your food for you. Gee even olive garden dose. Know my room smells of lighter fluid im assuming someone tryimg to get their fire place going. Its giving me a headach. I just want to leave..
If i could get a refund id leave.
But i still have not used the tub. Going to leave for a little bit and come back and see if the smell is gone so I can use the tub at least.

Spontaneous solo getaway from an impending divorce. Ended up staying two nights even though I had only booked one. Walked/hiked Twin Falls and hiked Rattlesnake by myself. Enjoyed wine flights in the Attic and breakfast in my room. The Valet guys were so friendly and helpful. I packed my pillow and weighted blanket (anxiety). They didn't mind my disorganized/impromptu packing. I will be back, soon!

If your looking for a Great Getaway this is most definitely the place to go. Awesome staff, Awesome Rooms and amenities. Nothing beats the menu at the Restaurant. Then greets the walk down the trails simply awe inspiring

Very cozy romantic hotel over looking Snoqualmie falls. There is a large soaking tub with jets and a fire place in the room. Sad they are replacing all the wood burning fire places with gas fireplace. We had breakfast in the restaurant over looking the falls. The buttermilk biscuit with their local honey is very delicious. Valet parking is included in your stay.

Outstanding accommodations and guest services
Salish Lodge and Spa is the best getaway resort in the Pacific Northwest, in my opinion. We have stayed there numerous times in the past 10 years and have always been so pleased with the beauty, comfort, immaculate rooms and views of the Falls. The peaceful ambiance of the Spa is well worth the visit just by itself. The general manager, Alan Stephens and his staff are exceptionally courteous, professional, and accommodating to special requests. Salish Lodge has an understated elegance and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for anyone who wants to get away from the hustle 'n
bustle of life. It's truly well worth the price. And the food is great!! Go and spoil yourself once and you'll always come back.

The food is amazing! The room as well. The only thing I m not sure about what happened is on a bill that the server had said that she didn t take. But it was only 20 bucks so it s all good.

Overall an awesome experience!

Absolutely worth going but def not a luxury hotel....

Absolutely worth going but def not a luxury hotel. Perfectly nice place with excellent staff and every room had a woodburning stove. Pretty nice restaurant and the bar has amazing cocktails. I would recommend taking a drink out by the falls last at night. At 9:30 it was nearly empty and just looking at the falls at night and having the light spray is almost magical. (I dont think you could do that if you just went to the park and did not stay there) As far as the rooms, I might has well been at Hotel 8 other than the fireplaces. The shower took us 10 minutes to for two people to figure out how to turn on and the faucet was dripping when we go there. We notified them (and specifically said, we didnt need them to fix it but were just telling them it dripped for an FYI to repair in the future) They rushed in and then to "fix" it but just turned it so tight, I had to use all my strength to turn it back. Given we didnt care for ourselves it was actually more annoying of them to do that. Still it was one of my favorites parts of Washington state and would go back several times over just for the falls and the lodge was only disappointing bc it was supposedly 4.5 stars. Near quite a few hiking trails, a great little brewery, and has its own small trail to the waterfall.

I had read reviews before going and didn't believe them which was a mistake. Although the people are generally very nice the service was bad and we had constant struggles during our stay. We had problems from check in when our room wasn't ready almost up until check out when the water wouldn't get hot in the shower. In between if we didn't ask for every single thing, it didn't happen. If you want to spend a lot of money to fend for yourself then this is the place for you.
To their credit they took some money off of the cost of our room but not enough to make it worth it. I am surprised that at these prices this place is still in business. I don't normally write reviews but don't know how else to warn people.

I hadn't stayed since the renovation and it is even more gorgeous than ever! The room was so comfortable and welcoming. We had a patio room that opened up to the back of the property. The tub was huge and could fit two people easily. There is a small fridge, coffee maker and coffee. Two comfortable chairs and a super comfy Pottery Barn throw blanket. The pillows were wonderful and so was the comforter. My husband had two exceptional spa treatments in the spa. We had room service for breakfast and it was delicious with super high quality ingredients. Overall loved our entire experience!

Stayed at the Salish Lodge specifically on a trip to the Pacific Northwest. It is a place of breathtaking beauty. The falls are amazing and the surrounding environs are beautiful. The hotel is lovely, the rooms are large and comfortable, the food is great and the service is wonderful. The only dilemma you will have staying there is deciding how much time you will want to spend at the lodge instead of in the surrounding countryside.

It's nice, but way overpriced. I've stayed in rooms that were three times bigger for half the cost. The view is nice, but I can get that for free by just driving there any time. Also, the coffee mugs were disgusting, I had to wash them before I used them.

The lodge is near the beautiful Snoqualmie Falls. Haven't had the chance to stay there but it really look like a great place to stay. I would probably just take my honey for a romantic day and night at the falls. It is a tourist place for sure, but it's still peaceful enough to enjoy it.
