Amazing. My husband and I needed to get away for a weekend and it was pure relaxation. The spa is amazing and the food is out of this world. Not to mention the view of the falls. We didn't want to leave and hope to go back for another weekend sometime.

Very rustic charm. Staff very friendly from valet to front desk. Rooms are gorgeous and spacious with great view overlooking Snoqualmie River.
Wasn't able to check out the spa and other amenities this, looking to make this a yearly event now.
For room service, ordered dungenous crab omelette with raspberry mimosa and dungenous crab Benedict with Snoqualmie coffee. Everything delicious and large serving size. Took home half of each.

Was here for work, one of the most comfortable hotels I've ever stayed in. Really clean spacious rooms, great service from the staff. I made a mental note to come back during the Summer on my own time. The views of the falls are just icing on the cake of a really quality hotel.

I took my mother here to their main restaurant for Mother's Day and it was a lovely experience. The food was good and the servers were attentive and kind, in spite of the fact that it was clearly an incredibly busy day for them. I'd recommend getting reservations here as they have a tendency to fill up, but especially for any special holiday events. Enjoy the waterfall before or after your meal, too!

Beautiful location overlooking the iconic Snoqualmie Falls. The gift shop smells like pine trees. The gift shop had so many cute things, I only wish I could have brought them on the plane with me! This place seems like everything a lodge in the mountain woods should. Fancy!

Beautiful hotel located in a privileged place (above the Snoqualmie waterfalls). The rooms are spacious, elegant and comfortable. The hotel has a spa and 2 restaurants. I found parking and fees expensive

I absolutely love this place Second time back & nothing short of amazing. Who knew they were so dog friendly?!?
The flower baskets alone are enough pretty for most, but add the beautiful Falls & it's, in my opinion, perfection
My little Pekingese, Penelope Bleu, was greeted by all the employees & always felt welcome
Cannot wait to come back & visit again

Stayed last week found it to be over priced and the room was in need of a update. It was clean and during the day staff was nice. I found it annoying that they don't let you park you own car, we left and came back at night when the car valet were off (you do know there's a casino near you) Upon our return we were greeted by a front desk clerk that seemed to think it was ok to ask us a bunch of questions on our parking and access to out car, she claimed for insurance reasons which sounds a bit week to me. Regardless it was unprofessional and she was a bit rude, for $400 + a night I will go to my car as I please. Nobody was around and she popped up as we are returning past the lobby, this should be addressed. Overall the place is ok it's in a good location obviously it's at the falls. But I do not see myself staying there again. Way to much money for what you get my partner feels the same and they are much more forgiving than me.

Amazing rooms. Highest quality everything, and the bathrooms have spa tubs with jets, mood lighting and a sliding window looling into the room! Very luxurious and some rooms have an amazing view of the falls. We stayed here two nights while getting married at TPC Snoqualmie and highly recommend it.

A beautiful lodge built above the magnificent Snoqualmie falls. Spent our wedding night in their newly renovated suite. 'Twas very spacious, rustic and with spectacular view. Fine dining's great (they gave us a table near the kitchen but it's noisy and they managed to transfer us at the end of the hallway which we really appreciated because it's quieter) Every course was delish. I enjoyed the halibut, wine and dessert. The staff are well trained, and the location is perfect for weddings.

We stopped at the falls and decided to stay at the lodge on a whim. We were incredibly impressed with not only how beautiful the lodge was but also how kind all of the staff members were. It truly felt like a resort experience and they went above and beyond in accommodating us. We will definitely be back soon!

Absolutely beautiful place with a wonderful aroma as soon as you enter. Thought really went into the decor from the lovely chandelier to the reclaimed wood tables. Valets we're very welcoming, friendly, and helpful! I've never been so excited to take a shower in hotel bathroom!!!! The falls just outside is truly amazing to behold. Wish I could stay for a month!!!

The Salish Lodge is a resort that advertises fine dining and a relaxing and tranquil spa. My lovely girlfriend surprised me with a romantic trip to the Salish Lodge and Spa for my birthday on a Tuesday. Seeing the reviews and how much she spent, I was pretty stoked. The spa part of the lodge exceeded expectations. However, when we got to the dining, that is when our experience took a complete 180. As we got seated, we didn't see our server for at least 10 minutes. My girlfriend and I have already decided what we wanted before we even saw the waitress. Once the waitress finally acknowledged us and introduced herself, she left without taking any orders. Without checking our ID's, we were both complimented with a glass of sparkling wine which would of been nice if we actually had food since we went into the dining room hungry. Another 10 minutes went by before seeing the waitress. After 20 minutes of sitting at the restaurant, we finally put our orders in for the whole meal. The the food and drinks were quite nice. But I wouldn't recommend getting the starters since they are priced so high, you do not get a plentiful portion, and the taste was only alright nothing impressive. When we wanted to cash out, our server was nowhere to be found. I actually got up and looked around and still couldn't find her. I peeked into the back where servers or bartenders make the drinks and I saw 2 workers on their cell phones and neither of them were my server. I had to go up to the host and ask for my bill. I did want dessert but it was unknown if they served dessert since they never mentioned it. I will mention that our server did refill our waters a few times and was very polite which was good. The bad service doesn't stop there. A few hours later of being in our room, we got hungry and decide to order room service. We called the dining room at 8:51 pm and the kitchen closes at 10pm according to the menu. We ordered a pizza and brownie a la mode and they said it will be ready in 20 minutes. To keep it short we never got the food. Not even a phone call letting us know they couldn't do it. So at midnight (12am), we we're both thirsty and wanted some water. We go to the front desk and ask for a couple of bottles of water. The lady at the front desk said that she will bring it to our room in about 5 minutes. At 1am, there is still no water being brought to our room. Being hungry and thirsty in a slow Tuesday night, we didn't want to stay at the hotel anymore. We packed our things and left the lodge. We made the lady at the front desk aware of the terrible experience we had. We felt as if we were that object that they sweep under the rug. It was the worst experience we have ever had a hotel. For a $600 room, we expected way better. We left upset and will never return.

We visited Salish last week on a Monday after booking it the day before for our anniversary. We didn't know my husband would be able to get the day off but sure enough he was able to. We spent the extra $80 to get a spa level room overlooking the falls. Online it says that the spa level falls viewing rooms also have access to the spa amenities, that was not the case.
We checked in, got situated in our room and while there checked the thermostat which was off and the temperature showed to be over 75+ degrees. We didn't think anything was wrong as we were not told anything was wrong so we figured once we returned from dinner the room would be reasonable.
We went to dinner which was lovely, but uncomfortably hot and we had no idea why. The servers were all sweating like crazy and we thought maybe it was just normal for the time of year. No one had said anything about the A/C being broken. We got back to our room and after 3 hours of the A/C being on we were surprised to see that it was still 75+ degrees. We called the front desk who simply said they would send maintenance up to check and see what could be wrong/happening. The maintenance guy came up, reset the thermostat and told us that they're A/C has been down for a couple of days and they were hoping it would be fixed that night but only some rooms were getting A/C. He offered to find us a fan and came back shortly with a tiny desk fan, probably from a manager's office.
We continued to sit in the sweltering heat without any relief for 2 more hours waiting for the A/C to kick on. My husband was miserable so I went down to get some ice and asked the front desk and manager what they do in an instance like this because we were considering going home and canceling our anniversary because there was no way we could sleep in a ~80-85 degree room (the thermostat only went up to 75 but it was definitely hotter). The manager said "there may be one room I can move you to and I will check to see if its cooler and let you know"....I showed my appreciation for her efforts because I understand that this was probably a freak, uncommon situation....but we never got a call and never heard back regarding the situation, even the next morning. We cracked the tiny window in the room once the sun went down and tried to get some airflow but the room was uncomfortably hot the majority of the night until the A/C came on in the early morning and the room then turned to 50-60 degrees.
We slept horribly.
This was our first time staying at Salish Lodge and with my work taking me to 20-30 hotels per year I am shocked that in a situation like this, a hotel of this class does not treat their guests better. I have never experienced that kind of treatment even from hotels that are not nearly as expensive.
1. Wouldn't you think they would've/should've said something during the booking the day before?
2. Shouldn't they have said something at check-in?
3. Shouldn't someone said something at dinner since guests don't know that that is not the norm?!
4. Shouldn't the front desk offered or even explained the first time we called down? Instead of pretending it was just something wrong with our thermostat?
5. I get it, they have to make money, but shouldn't they have done something to make it right or at least call us back to check in, update, or address the issue?!
This is a nice hotel, right?

I recently purchased a gift card for dining. It was a phone transaction. I was charged a $3.00 fee for the transaction plus a $13.00 fee to mail the card. These were mandatory charges. I requested the gift card be emailed to me so I could print it and save myself the cost of mailing but was told that was not allowed. This gift card cost an additional $16.00. Really??? Not very classy.

My family and I came here for brunch on Super Bowl Sunday so it was busy but not overly crowded. The views from the restaurant are out of this world. The service was great and the food was to die for. Our server Marisa was so helpful and got us everything we needed before we had to ask for it. Make sure to get the biscuits with the honey from heaven. The gift shop has really cute things to take home as well. Finally, make sure to go walk to the other side of the falls (across from the lodge). It's absolutely breathtaking!

My time at Salish lodge was so amazing and incredibly relaxing!!!
I felt totally safe. Everyone was masked, there was hand sanitizer everywhere, and everyone kept a respectful distance. My room was immaculate, and it was the perfect retreat. I ordered room service and the food was beautiful and delicious!

We had lunch at the Attic and the food was great. Having two of the pizzas, the sourdough and a salad; we said that this is a place that we would most likely eat at again. The view from the restaurants is more of the mountains and not of the falls since it is so close.

Snoqualmie Falls is far from Seattle, but if you have time to go, don't miss it. Not as magnificent as Niagara Falls, but with plenty of hooks, drop by the local brewery on your way to sample local beers.
