I called to make an appointment they said okay,before that time came they called me back and said if I went there a year ago to browse their inventory because I had left my name and number in their system.I said yes they said they d call back with the confirmed appointment I ALREADY HAD,and they never called me back so I didn t go.I d like to know why I was treated this way and worse why they treat everyone else the same by the look of these reviews.horrible service they suck don t buy from these scumbags.

Worst place ever, bad customer service. Lie about prices once you go in store they don't honor what they post on Internet ads. Agree with some reviews they don't greet you, no prices on bikes and rude!

I live here in town in Salina yet I try to avoid buying anything from this motorcycle center. They try to charge extra for everything even when you order something they charge you for shipping! Better off ordering parts from your home. Worst motorcycle customer service if you don t believe me try to go order something or buy something from there, but all my Salinas motorcycle enthusiast never go there for parts or service, best off driving a few miles away to seaside or gilroy they will have you covered the right way. I try to give them business but everytime it feels like if they want to argue, you cannot even get a tire installed on your motorcycle if you don t buy it from them attjete price plus shipping. SMH.

I walked in ready to purchase my first bike knowing what i am getting myself into. I also used to sell cars so i know sales people. The salesmen was good and understood he would be able to fool me, so we just continued to talk about bikes. I wanted a GSXR and told them to give me a call when they receive one since their website also sucks. Next day I get a call from the store manager saying he isnt going to sell me a bike because im a new rider and saying im stupid for wanting to get a 600 for my first bike (yes he actually said i was stupid), yet he still has the audacity to tell me go to the store still so I can see what they have.

I saw a 2003 GSX-R 1000 for sale in the cycle trader and was unable to qualify for financing, but they let me put a deposit down and held the bike for me. I was given their word they would hold it, and they did. They were courteous and profesional. They answered all of my questions and were very responsive. I was able to make the purchase within a couple weeks and the transaction went smooth and I felt like they were honest and appreciated my business. I guess you get back what you give...not sure why others have had such bad experiences as I had nothing but a positive experience with these guys. I LOVE MY BIKE...THANKS GUYS! You guys rock...I loved ringing the bell...lol

I brought a yfz 450 to fix the carb or they did not leave a month hard or not fixed, they just brought me down and they gave it to me but I used it once last week and the same thing happened again. They have fixed him ...... I do not recommend them they do not know how to work or attend to people
