I come her quite often with my son for different reasons and each time I have been met by several staff and I haven't had any problems. Always make my son and myself feel welcome and relaxed. Always clean and quiet.
This is a nice tidy clean and welcoming facility. Many services are housed here and due to its location it is convenient for many people needing many different services. Thank you to all.

Had a tooth removed today with the dentist Lock. Really helped put me at ease and so professional. Came all the way from wigan but well worth it
Had a tooth taken out by dentist, Dr Amy after 7 weeks of pain and antibiotics. Her compassion shone through alongside her lovely nurse whose name I sadly cant remember. Everyone I came into contact was totally profesional, introduced themselves and thoroughly explained procedures. The extraction was quick and painless and I can't praise everyone enough. This isn't my usual practice, mine was an emergency treatment after Covid restrictions shut all dentists 8 weeks ago.
Staff are always helpful. Library is well stocked. Convenient for many community services.
Rubbish trying to get the correct department been transferred to the wrong department , give the phone number of the department I want but just ringing all the time. 30 minutes on the phone and still not got through. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
Doctors simply will not at any cost give you the medication you want and need and will see you suffer...............
