Super disappointing.
We were their first client in their offices at BGC.
First month was just ok as we were the one and only client, they still had maintenance ongoing. After we wished to extend our stay, moved all the gear and already settled, the rent price climbed drastically. I felt really bullied by this act.
Not to mention there were insects during our stay at the office.
The internet kept being interrupted or becoming very slow as new tenants came in.

I was promised to have a CCTV at the office not just verbally but also in the contract and the day I needed CCTV it was never installed towards our office and we suffered a lose because of that.
After that incident, I wished to revoke the contract as they couldn't provide the basic of the basic and was never considered by their administration to be refunded because of their lack of CCTV positioning.

The staff and team is really nice and happy yet their management decisions are the worst I have ever dealt with.

Inquired on coworking space slots via mobile number indicated in their website. The girl was incredibly rude and abrupt, no proper greeting, barking questions and sounding so annoyed. Really turned off by it.
