Corner bar that's clean, comfortable, and always good company. Have been here a handful of times and enjoy their beer selection & food. Bartenders have always been great to chat with and Sal is a nice guy! A great spot in the Falls!

The hot wheel burger is the best. A 30ish crowd. Really good bar tenders .

Super burger and poppers delivered by a great bartender on a crazy night when the trick or treaters kept flowing in the front door. Sal is really community minded...sponsors tons of ball teams and enjoyed the costumed kids...even the teenagers with no costumes.

Very low class place. Visited on a sunday night and the tables were very dirty the pool room stunk of old food and they were blasting ghetto music.

I love Italian sausage, have had it on many different pizzas and sandwiches all over the country. Sal's Italian sausage sandwich (cheese and sauce) is one of the best I've ever had. Fish fry also very good

Got there shortly after opening. Good service. Chicken sandwich was very good.
Just regular chips not kettle chips.

Good service from bartender and the food was decent. Clientele at night sketchy and enjoys similar music. Afroman? Get out of here with that. Regulars talking $#&! as my friends and I left. Stay classy, we will find someplace else.

My first visit and found it too be a very nice place.
Bartender very friendly and outgoing!
My guest and I had the same meal a haddock fish fry and clam chowder.
The meal was excellent, and would recommend it too everyone.
I will be back in the area in mid December and plan on having a burger which I was told are very good.
We'll see.

Seriously, the pub burger is a DAMN GOOD BURGER!

That said, do not have the pretense that this is some fancy burger bar place. This is a true corner bar full of locals and regulars. Don't get me wrong people are friendly, I mean this IS Wisconsin after all. So buck up, take a deep breathe and pull that door open. Grab and empty seat, get a beer, order a pub burger and play a song ok the jute box!

Was hardly anyone there and it took forever to get our food. We thought they forgot about us. Other than that food was great!

Cheesesteak is awesome. Long beach ice tea good as well.

First time ordering from Sals. I am a big wing fan, but the wings here are on the smallest side of edible, were way over cooked and very dry. This size is normally what you would find in a $0.25 wing night special and not on an everyday menu. Sauce is squirted over the top rather than tossed so some of the wings had little to no sauce and not much left in the bottom to coat them.

Maybe I will ty them again, maybe not. Some places are best just left alone and not for me.

The beer is good. I've heard awesome things about their burgers. If you're looking for wings though, I would probably suggest trying somewhere else.

This is the second time that I have been in this bar and I will NEVER come back here again. The language that was used by the bar tender and customers was very inappropriate. They were all trash taking another new local establishment and the owner. I will take my business elsewhere.

I haven't been there in 10 years, but all the current reviews reflect my only 2 experiences. I live in TX and have been to MANY burger places. Still to this day I claim my burger there as being the best I've ever had and being world class guys in a little town (Sal and his brother I think). Glad to know they still do it right.

I had the broiled cod dinner. It was excellent, but only had 2 small pieces of cod. My friend had the perch dinner and said it was very good. It had a good amount of perch (6 pieces). Glad to see Riverwest Stien was on tap too! The waitress was very friendly and on top of things all evening.

Best burger and best chili anywhere - and it's not even close. Thanks for being such a wonderful part of the community, Sal!

Best place on earth, the owner is awesome and they make some amazing food. If it wasn't for Sal's I would move somewhere else far far away

I would recommend everything on the menu. Anything that I've ever eaten here has been outstanding, and I wanted to add that I've been coming to this establishment for over 20 years. Some of the best meals of my life have been from here, honestly.

No place I'd rather go! The staff and owner are like family, and the food is out of this world!!! Comfortable casual laid back and super friendly place!

Poor ambiance, drinks: Bloody Mary, very poor.....no embellishments, vodka and water....too much olive juice. Main entries: Perch dry, fried haddock dry tasteless. Waitress brought out sliced lemon on a napkin not a plate??? Will not be returning or recommending.

Friendly service. Not a good destination for vegetarians, but otherwise it's what you'd expect at a Wisconsin pub.

Good food, bartenders are great. The music at night is less then desired. Usually death metal! Great for a work out but not a night out!

Have been going here for years, they always have a great selection of beers on tap and the food is downright phenomenal. Went there for lunch today and had their classic cheese steak sandwich, it's not a Philly cheese steak with onions and peppers, but it is a two day cooked sliced ribeye with some excellent crinkle fries and great acidic coleslaw. Bar seating with TVs or tables if you bring a kid, great local joint with great food.

Lively atmosphere and friendly staff. Good drinks and great food at really good prices, 2 pool tables and darts separate from bar area with vlts and a juke box
