They don't have refund, only exchange

They don't have refund, only exchange

A very bad system and I'll raise a complain about this issue.
The sales clerk mentioned that many customers were complaining about this, yet we need the ministry of commerce to change this system and this will make customers happy to deal with big brands like Saks or others!
