This is a review of the Jo' N Go coffee shop. Bad experience. I was happy to seethey had at least 6 coffee urns with a variety of Roasterie brands. I poured my cup an noticed the cup didn't feel hot or warm I sipped it and it was barely warm. I took it to the counter and told the lady it was not hot and I'd like to dump it out and try another brand. She replied "what do you mean it is not hot"? She took the cup and poured some of it on her finger! Then she said "it's hot but not hot enough for you". I was about ready to ask for my money back but said just give me the cup. I tried each one and they were all the same temperature. She was rude and the coffee was just warm enough. Do not go here unless you want to order ice coffee.

Horrible experience! Nurse was hateful from the beginning. First told me there would be no meals because I never got there in time to fill out the menu. That was fine. Another aid finally brought something. She then ask me where I lived, told her and she said no I didn't live there, that I lived in Missouri. I am from Kansas!. I finally got dressed and walked out!

The nurses and staff have all been very polite and considerate and caring towards my mother who has been here for 3 days in the cardiac unit. Very helpful and knowledgable and from the time she pushes the nurse button, does not wait very long at all. Staff is not constantly in room bothering her when she is trying to rest either. Very impressed so far and hoping great care continues.

Best hospital in Kansas City. If you are sick or injured you should go there. If you want to live don't go to KU. They can't find brain tumors the size of golf balls and are extremely understaffed. At KU you will get put on a bed in a hallway.....need I say more. St. Luke's is the best for multiple reason. Especially for Neuro issues.

On June 10 of 2019, Dr. Daniel Margolin and his surgical staff literally saved my life. Along with all of the people who contributed to the care of me while I was under the care of St. Luke s Hospital. I ve never receive better care Anywhere in the world and I ve been to many hospitals considering how Ella was to find an answer and Saint Luke s found the answer. Every need that I had with Matt, they were compassionate, they cared about me and they cared for me well I couldn t care for myself. I was sick every day for 34 years because of a congenital disorder that no one could diagnose. Saint Luke s community hospital found it by accident during an imaging procedure. Dr. Margolin of St. Luke s medical Association wise and he s quite sure of what he s doing as am I. Thank you so much for saving my life. I m also a high-risk breast cancer patient, my primary care doctor and all of my radiology is done through Saint Luke s as well. I never go anywhere else because I find everything that I need in one place at Saint Luke s. For any sort of medical problems literally look no further you found your place

Went to the ER for braxton hicks and the staff was super amazing and supportive. They got a little personal because I dont gave much family support and they really made me feel like I was cared about genuinely and even offered prayer which is a plus for me! Keep up the amazing work!

I came into the ICU on a Friday morning(0200) as a transfer and received awesome care. Nurses and doctors were all extremely nice. I think Dr. Schlactor(spelling?) was awesome. Later that evening I was transferred to the floor and things changed dramatically. My nurse and Aid both were great but I never heard from a doctor again until my discharge. They were supposed to discharge me early that morning but it wasn't until late that afternoon that I saw a doctor. I understood that he was busy and couldn't fault him for that however he told me that if he took too long for the discharge paperwork just leave AMA.( I thought this was unprofessional.) A couple hours later a different doctor came I and said she would be discharging me. I had never seen her before and she knew nothing about why I was there. It was just a very weird situation. Overall my nurses and CNA's were awesome and I would give them all 5/5 some of the docs however not so much.

My hospital experience was more traumatic than my many injuries from an accident. Many staff members were needlessly unkind. There shouldn t be an atmosphere of bullies at a hospital. What in the world is going on over there? The patient advocate was useless and literally made up excuses that revealed a lack of education, lack of training, lack of compassion, and absence of basic knowledge of hospital systems. Worst of all, what a shameful representative of Christ s care and compassion by a large faith-based hospital. Catholics and Christians should take better care of people and not act so hateful. God bless the few who care and are trying to be kind in a hostile environment.

This is to the owner. This is a Catholic Hospital? Perhaps you need to visit San Diego California to see how a Catholic Hospital should be run! From misdiagnosis, rude nurses, bad, inaccurate, inefficient, billing practices. Uncaring doctors. Unbelievable, Sharp/Mercy Hospital in San Diego is the way you run a Hospital. Hmmm, to the owner, why don't you spend a lot more time fixing your multitude of short comings in your facility instead of responding to your negative reviews with such lame remarks.? DD of Mountain Home Arkansas. PS. Your hospital has too many bad reviews..... It is a disgrace!

I was in Mid America Heart at St. Luke's for 14 days in June 2015. I came in with Bacterial Pneumonia in an advanced stage and had major surgery on 6/2815 to remove solidified fluids from one lung.

From the time I was moved to 5 North at Mid America Heart I was treated with care and compassion. The nurses and nurses assistants cared for me like I was a family member. They gave me all the attention and time I needed and answered any questions in non medical ways I understood. They made me as comfortable as if I were in my own home. They were a real blessing.
