Good service and great accommodation and great restaurant services

The sound went out, and I got rhinitis day stay. The sound came back home and the rhinitis was removed in less than a day, something in the air of the main building (respa), because I can't stand the bad indoor air!
Parking Areas quite small in mind how much they have to use.
The staff is very friendly and service-minded and Plussa (stars), because otherwise I would only give two stars and I did not visit the spa but only in that one building.

Were here on New Year's holidays. I liked everything sooooo much. Very tasty buffet, just do not come off) the child dashed off plenty of water slides. We are planning to definitely go.

Went with the dog and friends to relax and was really nice to be with, friendly staff and good food in the restaurants. The only downside is when you can't enjoy water and a light show in the spa, which is really beautiful otherwise, because the children block all the holes where the water should come from.

This year is much better. The number of bad persons has decreased. Overall quieter and quieter

Mass tourism factory with poor service. It wasn't a wedding party.

Little starts to show in age, but works well for families with children. Log sauna and snowmaking was an exotic experience.

The pools were clean and loose in Corona. In the log sauna on the roof, we were in complete peace of mind, as was the lot in front of it. Breakfast was good and safety intervals were taken into account.

Everything you might need is there and the location is beautiful.

Gorgeous nature, the territory is clean, comfortable. Fast and friendly reception service. Good spa area, wonderful breakfast and food assortment. Cafe. The rooms are nice, there are balconies. Everything has to rest.

Breakfast disappointing. Falafelpyllat and bats .1 drinking point and queues according to it. Otherwise a great place.

Castle Hotel room was really spacious and equipped with a big good bed. Extremely good services under one roof.

Small and cramped spa, too dark. The pressure of the massagers is too low ....

Breakfast is worth a visit, a wonderful sauna world and good service. Staff nice. With dogs easy and comfortable vacation.

We didn't go to the spa. We stayed at Castle. Basic clean room. The shower room sink did not pull properly. A little weird smell in the room. Friendly staff and barber hairdresser Olga was very good! The food at O'Learys was good and the allergies were well catered for! Otherwise, it would have been very peaceful if the woman around her hadn't slept and banged the door in the hallway at night.

Child-friendly spa. Cool and quiet in the hotel rooms. Versatile, but tasteless breakfast.

The Villas2 apartment was cozy with its own sauna and large glazed balcony. The gym and spa were tested and both ok. The sauna world was comfortably peaceful, with the best steam coming from the log sauna on the roof.

We were two nights in the animal room. The service throughout the hotel was very good and friendly. All the restaurants had good food. Also the hotel breakfast buffet was just fine. The spa department was child friendly and clean.
Our room seemed dusty when it came. In addition, the double room had a spare bed pre-laid. After putting the bed in the pile, the bottom of this sofa bed was completely vacuumed.
While the spa department was kid-friendly, there wasn t much to do for adult tastes. The water in the hot tubs was cool, and it didn t make sense to be there for very long. In addition, the "sauna world" separate 7 micropayment entrance fee annoyed, so it was not experienced.

Neat facilities and good eateries but quite a bit of activity

The room was functional and of the right size, though there was much to be desired in the cleanliness. The bed base and shelves had not been wiped out of dust for a long time. The plus that the child had had a bathrobe and extra towels and a potty without a separate request. Customer service brilliant and smooth. Breakfast too much to be desired, rather concise and largely rich. Also too few drinking points, especially during peak periods, got queued for a long time drink. The spa department was brilliant and directed especially to families with children.

Pretty bad the room didn't work between the lights and the soap jar was detached from the wall ku came and asked 3 times you shouldn't fix and didn't come

If with kids, definitely go there. If no kids, go there. Amwzing place.

The sports club at the Holiday Club had a pleasant and entertaining experience along with food.

a little bit of a snade, of course, for skides ok, a sauna world just a jee but a log sauna is sure to be for dwarfs and the boards can be lacquered

Friendly staff at reception. Restaurant offerings so little. We had been expecting that there would have been a special program in restaurants during the Vapu, but there was nothing. Morning disappointment compared to the previous time.

The best bath in Finland is definitely a child for families and it is worth visiting the sauna world.

Clean and well located Holiday Club hotel on the shore of Lake Saimaa. The spa is a stylish sauna world and spa nice to visit. In restaurants, the food is good and tasty, the price level is reasonable. A nice environment for walking and staying on the beach.

Due to the Korona, it is quite quiet. The service in the restaurant is top class

Great scenery but in these Covid times we didn t go to the spa or bowling. Bowling seemed too risky to spot in our opinion. The space was quite crowded, about 30 people and all were without respirators! We were greatly amazed that how to do this as recommended by 10 people Breakfast was a bit disappointing, no bacon and meatballs and sausages had dried out. Better Breakfast at a neighbor's spa.

Truly peaceful and comfortable place, at least this side of the cottage. The cottages are really clean and well equipped. The lake is right next to a sandy beach and clean water

Really neat holiday apartment and service good. The spa also has a neat and nice place.

There will be a feeling that it is WONDERFUL FINLAND!

Water park, playground and a huge area where you can walk with children

Beautiful place and good services. Spa, Angry Birds indoor insect park, hotel and apartment accommodation, holiday stock, golf, tennis court, beach, shop, R-Kiosk.

A place with interesting spas. We've sometimes been overnight. The last time we visited lunch buffet food was not very tasty in relation to its price. There was a little disappointed feeling.

Otherwise a great place, but in the hot summer rooms need air conditioning! Spa Department Ten. An incredibly expensive lunch if you eat in the same place where breakfast is served, if the food even tastes like, but when not!

No notice that lot and smoke sauna closed. Some restaurants closed.
Water at the spa is not free.

Very beautiful in winter. The reception opens 24 hours. The rooms in the Castle wing are fantastic. Shopping mall nearby within walking distance.

Great hotel, I advise everyone, the biggest plus is that the room rate includes only its room, as well as the passage to the water park, located in the same building. By itself, the water park is very cool and during the whole time you spend there you will have something to do there.
