The pool is great for the kids, and the villas are nicely kitted out. However the sofa bed even though quite new really is not comfortable and additionally the main buffet restaurant is way overpriced for what you get.

Comfortable and cozy spa with nicely furnished and clean apartments. The swimming area is quite small but there is plenty to do and the atmosphere is atmospheric.

Nice vacation spot. Shabby hotel. Here and there small flaws like bad pillows, rack of towels / towels torn from the wall in the room, traces of moisture here and there, a lot of very dirty and cold sewer odor in the log sauna shower, the steam bath lacked a faucet that could have flushed the slimy seats itself. Yuck.

Kids love this place. They are in the post office from Angry birds park. Also there you can swim in the water park, the water in the pools is very warm, suitable for swimming and very young children. On the territory there is a skating rink and much more. Of the minuses, if you want to eat healthy food you need to guess the opening hours of the restaurant. There is a cafe and a sports bar. It turns out to be a little expensive, we were one day, without a chef, for 3 (2 children and 1 adult) spent 200 euros.

Good service, setting, food, exercise facilities. Clean rooms at the hotel. So do the riders. Good service. Cheap accommodation deals. Good transport links.

In summer, I am sure to be a place with the environment.

Great place, great for families with children. There is plenty to do in Saimaa and its surroundings. I think there could be some improvement in the breakfast, but the breakfast was pretty good too

A wonderful place to swim and to the hotel, lots to do.

The spa is in a beautiful location and it was easy to get there. The spa department was big and there was all sorts of things to do for all ages. Isoplus had a children s sauna on the spa side where you could watch the cartoons. Every half hour there was a water jet show that was especially to the liking of the children.

Booking bowling online was just a wolf. Our reservation was not even reflected in the system when we were going to play. There was no apology or credit for the matter. It left me unwell.

The restaurant selection was wide and the sports bar even had a large hockey tray.

A gorgeous and different spa, the kids were just fine! On the roof a fine log sauna and a lot.

Poor and unfriendly service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice place. A slightly different standard compared to spas

The hotel room was clean and exquisite, from the glazed balcony in Plussa, where I was also had a sauna, microwave, hob, extractor hood and dishwasher. The spa was also nice but gloomy, there could have been windows to bring natural light. The log cabin and outdoor pool on the roof of the spa were a nice surprise. The sauna world was nice, but I would have wanted more saunas. I highly recommend this spa.

Relaxed staff and comfortable atmosphere. Good restaurants and a large spa. The sauna / spa department is a little expensive but of high quality.

I'd say more to the younger wonders to eat a spa half when there are flickering lights and water showers

Good facilities, bowling was nice, a lot of different saunas in the spa area, good arrangements for the pool ans a couple of slides. The drinks were too expensive and the selection was terrible. The staff were not professionals at all, didn't greer well, didn't understand my questions andnjust said yes which caused me to go back and forth a couple of times. Changing rooms were very weird were men and women changed together and the actual rooms had doora from both sides and the locking mechanism was weird bar of aluminum were you had to pull towards you to be able to lock! At least some info signs would have been good as the setup was very strange.
Overall a nice place.

I have visited many times, I like it very much. Good meals, nice apartments, holiday homes and hotel rooms. Large water park and separate saunas.

Entertainment spa. A fun place for families with children. Not so much a pampering spa.Of course I don't know what the sauna world was like when I visited. However, a spa worth experiencing

The spa itself has nice atmospheric lights. The sauna world was also nice.
Musical light show should be more frequent as every half-hour and one-track period of time. The outdoor pool was neither open nor a smoke sauna.
Thus, not all services were available. One star out of it.

In my opinion, the water park is a bit dark, the rooms are average ...

Clean place from the outside & entrance. I was just in a small interview. Rooms and restaurant party without visiting.

Its a great place to spend your holiday and leisure time. its suitable for all season. there are different activities for winter and summer time.

Pretty basic, but a lot of cons were found.

The room smelled weird at first, the cleaning was not the best. There was dust on the levels of the room and jars of whistle juice were found under the beds. The room was very hot, but the plus was that there was a fan in the closet and the balcony door could be kept open - of course in the evening I would not recommend it because the place is full of wet.

The pools were pretty good, of course that water jet platform was a little unnecessarily big and people slipped on top of those in the pools. Personally, I consider this a big disadvantage because my little brother (5yrs) got completely submerged a few times when it was slid on. The slides were good, although a ring slide epilepsy warning would be a big plus. There is not much to do for adults, except for a sun deck and a sauna world that costs 7 extra (which I heard was really good). The tablet for the water gym did not work and there were no proper hot tubs. There is plenty to do for children, but more tires should be added to the tire slide

In Finish:

Holiday Club Saimaa is a very cozy and relaxing hotel. The rooms are comfortable and also clean. There is plenty of activity in many directions, for example, from bowling to swimming and even to the adjacent golf course. The staff is nice and good as it should. The restaurants are well next to the hotel rooms so if you are hungry you can throw the hunger down the cliff. There are a few options, for example. Classic pizza and O'learys. The spa was less than average because men and women do not have separate facilities. Cabinets were the same as in normal swimming pools and spas. There are separate booths for decking and dressing with benches for planting or changing clothes. The spa itself was pretty good, but the peak time at the spa can be cramped. The seventh euro gives you access to the sauna room, which includes a steam bath, a cottage sauna, a salt sauna and a master sauna. The problem is that the saunas were already 17.30 cool and the people stayed in the saunas for a very long time.
There were no supervisors in the sauna room who could have intervened. The sauna room was very peaceful and also a small cool pool, mini bar and beach chairs. The experience of the Holiday Club Saimaa Hotel itself was very good and relaxing without talking about small mistakes.

Everything is good here: the territory is huge and beautiful, the staff is gracious, and the water park is not just a jacuzzi set, children are also interested. But if you need any additional entertainment - bike rental there, or a rope park, or a store - be prepared for the fact that everything works in Finnish. Those. opens late and closes early. And it really infuriates when after 16 nothing can be done except stupidly to walk in circles

A great hotel with good facilities can be found just under the same roof. Water Park, Ice Hockey Field, Angry Birds Park Right Next to Folk. Outdoor opportunities. There are also rental cottages at the bottom of the beach. The tennis courts.

Good hobbies, comfortable holiday homes, bike in use.
