We come as a family to have a rest several times a year. In winter, you can ride on deer and eat dishes from deer, in summer fishing and fish restaurant.

I liked staying a night in Holiday Club Saimaa. 2 things I'm kind of disappointed about: The air conditioning system was not stable and sandals are not offered for the customers for free. You have to pay 3.5 euros extra (which is ridiculous to me, when other spa hotels offer sandals included in the room)

The hotel did not have a spa and other activities very pleasant. I recommend! For children, the Angry Birds activity park is also worth the money;

A good entity on the shore of Lake Saimaa for good food and for a whole family

Good for families and couples. There is no dance restaurant in the place, and the nightclub, the minus, the lonely, does not come from this place, it has to be sought from the center of Imatra.

Lots of free time activities. More restaurants. A cozy spa, especially for families with children, although a bit busy in the evening. For an extra fee, the sauna world with several different saunas. Apartments in Anttilankaari clean and well equipped. A golf course suitable for beginners, less than a mile away.

The second time here, I like everything, you can come for the weekend. Minus one star for the fact that the water park smells of bleach.

Stunning spa hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms. All over the pennant. The spa itself is something that has not been received by another in Finland. I would recommend it to all Water Lovers and others. The sauna world is also worth recommending. Very friendly staff. Will be back here again.

A place in a beautiful landscape.
The sauna world at a surcharge was disappointing. The place was clean and the service was mainly good. Quite full of the weekend, Arkena is able to enjoy better service.

One of the most spectacular spas, where I have vacationed in.

Room, breakfast and comfort good class! Spa only moderate, too narrow waterways in proportion to a really large population. Sauna world is just a means of financing. Too small saunas and only four saunas, really didn t feel like the world. A separate sauna world fee also goes for children.

Nothing wonderful about the spa's shower rooms. The pools are great and there are plenty of activities. For ordinary fitness swimming I might not recommend it. All in all a pretty good spa.

The cozy spa, the water slide and the fountains dancing to the music were entertaining for both children and adults. A small disadvantage is that bathing in swimming itself is not smooth when there is no direct swimming pool and people in the pools are in time. Breakfast varied and tasty. Gym good. Comfortable spa hotel for your holiday. A suitable range of restaurants for a family with children. Seasonal parking is hard to find - be careful not to park at the penalty spot. If you want to find a table at breakfast easily then go to breakfast before 8 am. Free wifi Plus but modest speed (3 / 4Mbps), a working solution for foreign customers without the need to use expensive roaming data. More than half of our customers are international customers. Villas apartment in a very clean and functional entity.

Large territory, good water park, varied breakfast, near the lake! With children I recommend! Children's room, bowling, playground on the street!

Great place for a family holiday. Water park with slides just class! Great air and pines. Beautiful Lake Saimaa is a 3-minute walk from the hotel. Also there are cottages. Had a rest with my husband, I liked everything very much!

Outside 15 degrees but in the rooms 26. It was replaced by a cooler room (fortunately, linen changed) which also got hot. First room tv broken. We bought a 51 / 25min spa massage (first aid for acute jumi) that was sold by a masseur rubbing just as hard as the customer hopes - the masseur said he wouldn't be able to because of the purchased spa massage which soft smoothing. The hotel's customer service response to the whole, and better luck next time. The experience does not attract the second time even though the framework is fine.

Nice holiday area, rooms ok. Could be neater. Customer service wasn't that awesome. Pool area could be upgraded. However, the experience was good.

There was room for improvement in the signs, the lighting was poor in some places, the tire slide was good. There are too many people during peak hours and the noise level is unreasonably high.

Keycards received and 3209 per superior room. The room is in the main building of the hotel, the so-called old side. On the second floor smelled well time. The floors would creep into that model already on the way that you were wondering what step your foot is going through through the all-wonderful carpet.
The room itself continued with the same old theme. The carpet slept at the top. The Gant elements added to the interior did not add value. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, the two inferior pillows got spun on some headboard. The best thing about the room was the excellent shower albeit in the sunken bathroom. We wanted a balcony and we got a SUPERISON BALCONY and it was barren but it was nice to sunbathe there. By the second day, the room had already become accustomed to and was not disturbed by the general appearance.
The hotel area is gorgeous and big. Interestingly, controversial abandoned buildings versus novelty-shining apartments and shares. The surroundings are pleasant for jogging and there are interesting things to see. The beach location is wonderful. Lots of activities can be found in tennis, paddling, rowing, rowing, etc.
The spa is dim (thanks to that) including two slides and a sauna world (which is not worth paying separately).
There are several restaurants to choose from. Breakfast very basic and does not include any miracles.
All in all, you should definitely come here as long as you choose accommodation better than we do. As long as the accommodation is in place, you can give even four stars.

On Sunday evening, almost all restaurants are closed, you have to choose between a crowded pizzeria and a crowded sport bar.

A comfortable hotel and spa has a prestigious location. To minus property shall be laid by the fact that the trimmer on arrival were still sleeping, and hence the cleaning was completed in between, that is, the trimmer is not bothered to come back later. Otherwise, the room we were in line with the case and fairly spacious. The hotel also has a small kiosk, a few restaurants, a bowling hall and other activity.

I think the spa was really nice and peaceful. Found slides, larger pools, hot tub, pool game, a deep pool, an outdoor pool and a spa tub. Saunas absolute favorite was the log cabin sauna next to the outdoor pool. Sauna World was maybe a little bit disappointing, but at least there's got to be left alone, generally not been reflected in the other. My slippers should be included, as they were not included in the room rate and respasta purchase they cost quite a lot.

Great plus hotel gets an electric car charging point, which was right next to the main entrance. Charging requires a current application and registration.

The perfect place for a holiday, alone or in combination

A top place with children. I really like the spa department. Basic holiday breakfasts. Cozy place and lots to do. The activity park is a nice pastime.

Lovely room in the castle building. Big minus the bathroom door, if you can say that. There are also big shortcomings in the cleaning .. an otherwise functional entity, nice services, restaurants on offer.

Very poor receptionist, poor service. Check in on 23.6 and check out on 24.6 also met poor service receptionist.

Waterpark Cirque de Saimaa, Rauha opened in 2011. Jumping into the water from the bridges, a pool in the form of a river, a hundred-meter waterslide, singing fountains and a children's pool. Opening hours: all year, Mon-Fri 10-22. Cost: adults - 20, children (4-14 years) - 12. Additional time - 5 per hour. Children under 4 years old - free.

A great place. I recommend to visit the hotel's spa. The hotel also had a bowling alley and was within walking distance of the scenic park.
