The boats and the area are great. The facilities very poor. With huge crowds there is only 1 person behind the counter, who also has to make sandwiches in between. You also have to fill your jerry can with water in the ladies' toilet. very awkward, because it is therefore no longer accessible for ladies who want to do something else there. Furthermore, not all instructions are told in advance, so we were surprised with new instructions after returning.

Rarely seen such a dramatic company. I stood in line for an hour after reservation! After commenting on this, I received an answer: you must also stand in line at Albert Heijn!
Once in the boat we were briefly explained. Fortunately we had experience. After 10 minutes departure noted at gasoline meter. This was in reserve. Immediately turn around. After reporting this problem the answer was; most meters are broken, but tank was filled!
Do you still get it? We do not. Because it was a gift and good weather we continued, but this NEVER again.

Very disappointed by the service. First, we had a reservation for two boats. On arrival they could not provide this service, one of the boats was broken. Then they came up with an alternative, a boat that was many times smaller, but we were promised a discount. Well, we wanted to get on the water anyway, so we adopted that alternative. At the end of the day we return the boats. As it turns out, we get a discount of 25 euros on a total price of 345 euros. Very minimal I would say. The employee was very arrogant and did not want to meet us. When we said something about it, they wanted us to pay 23 euros for a rope that we would have lost. After a long discussion the rope was found on another boat and we did not have to pay this surcharge. Then it was pretended that this was our extra discount. Service to cry ...

The center is very nice place where you can chill ...

The center is very nice place where you can chill out, rent a boat without notice before and without any fees/deposits. Nice approach, even team event or company event possible near the marina is grill space with tent. Although the problem might be with public transportation and website is only for dutch speakers, but I managed it with google translator. Recomended for starter sailors or people who like water ;)

Would rather have given 0 stars. A real disaster !! The first time we booked something went wrong with their system, so we were sent back home after talking to a, in my opinion, very arrogant employee. Eventually we decide to rebook anyway to another date. (We had to indicate that there was still a place available on the website the week after because the employee immediately put us back three works) The day of the second booking, we suddenly receive a phone call the boat is broken. The lady on the phone, the same as last time, didn't even seem to mind and gave very arrogant answers.
Very sorry that you keep two leave days free and that they deal with it without any respect. It is a sad company !!

Rented life jackets for 7 people (21 euros) the whole boat is full of them. Give back 7 life jackets to the attendant. When we returned the boat, we had to take those life jackets out of the boat because they had made a mistake with the previous tenants by leaving them.
I also got on my head that I had lowered the hood because this was very fragile material and could break. And she had said that too. That it was not allowed only the side windows were allowed to open but I might have misunderstood that. That's what the girl behind the counter told us.
Well this was the first time that I rented a boat with them, but also the last time there are several companies.
So all in all with family had a nice day only the end should not have been so ruined by her ...

It was a really bad service! I was excited because we booked two big boats ( 172 per each) to spend with 8 friends a sunny day! However, being there the company told us that they could not provide us the service because one of the boats was broken. Eventually, we got a really small boat and the lady told us that we will get a discount because of the change. At the end of the day, we return the boats and we pay the price of 2 big boats... with an extraordinary discount of 25. So, they had the mistake and we pay for it without even an apology.

We have rented a camping fleet for 1 night and thought it was a great experience! Sunbathing on the roof, fishing, the beautiful nature. It is best not to do it with very small children, because then you have to tie them in to avoid danger to the water

Very nice fun experience, carefree sailing on a raft.
Until we had to moor somewhere for the night and we actually had little or no knowledge about how to attach the boat, we have had no explanation about this. I received help from some German people. We didn't like the night but it was because it was a fairly cold night and it doesn't stay warm in the cabin if you don't have heating.

But then on the way back we got stuck, it took a while for someone to come and help us and then a little later another person came to help us. This did not go smoothly, with all due respect, but we were quite shocked that we were charged 135 euros (2 x 65 euros / hour) to help us. I understand, if this is stated in the contract, that this must be followed, but charging two hours is easy if you have already lost an hour waiting for a second colleague and to be lax. All thanks for helping us, but for us it was not such a nice experience anymore, the staff can be a bit friendlier, and I am not talking about the lady who had to make us pay the compensation, but about other colleagues who quite rude, lazy and unfriendly. You have fantastic grounds and beautiful possibilities, but we have seen few competent staff, again the lady who helped us was the friendliest!

The negative reviews here are hard to understand. It could of course be a snapshot, but our week on a Treibgut type B raft was truly phenomenal. Checked in smoothly and amiable, with respect for the corona rules, clear explanation obtained after going through the inventory together. What was missing was immediately replenished so that everyone could leave satisfied.

The raft itself is of course not a Ritzhotel, but for that charm you book something like that, right? Everything was there to have a wonderful weekend away from the hustle and bustle, with nothing but nature around you in a lovely sun.

Just as smoothly as we checked in, the check at delivery went, all nice and relaxed with the smile, a nice beer.

Can't wait to book again!

We rented a canoe for 2 people for the first time, do something different when you usually only go by boat ...
The canoes are stacked upside down in a rack,
So take one out yourself and turn it around. The first one had a few liters of water in it, which didn't come out, .... you could only get wet feet / shoes while driving. The second was completely filthy on the inside. Since I didn't feel like examining a third one, we took it and put our feet / shoes on the dirt ... thanks, ... (we actually wanted to come back) rather not again ... It's a shame, unfortunately I don't have enough photos made, but I can show a section ...
