The worst clinic ever!! Doctor is just a nightmare. All she is doing is just typing in her computer not even bother to check the patience properly. Not wondering why they condition is not getting better after giving them meds. She is not a doctor at all!!!!
Has been my Doctors since childhood. The Doctors have been good over the years, however some reception staff, really need training in customer services. I understand it must be hectic but a smile and some manners go a long way.

The worst gp eveeeeerrrrr I really prefer to stay without treatment than going there. The female doctor is the worst doctor I ve ever seen. she doesnt even say hello. Only type on her computer never touched me during the consultations. My baby was crying and she screamed at me. Doenst deserve to be called a doctor.

In last few years it's been quite easy to get same-day appointment to see doctor.
I have been with this surgery for many years, I have never had a problem with either surgery, doctors or any of the employees. I phoned today to query a prescription and spoke with Kerry, I not only got an answer about my medication but also for other queries I asked about, I always get a pleasant, helpful answer when I phone and have always found everybody is professional and thorough.
I find the doctors very helpful and have always held them in high regard due to how I am treated. I know when I have a problem, they have vast medical knowledge as you d expect, understand my personal medical needs and deal with me in a prompt and highly professional way. My doctors work closely with my specialist team and if my consultant asks them to prescribe medication or a referral, it s done promptly, correctly and efficiently. Tests are done within weeks of referrals and honestly, I am shocked at some of the reviews on here. My personal experience over that last two decades is that my treatment and health care has been brilliant by both doctors, employees who deal with my queries like Kerry today, including others who deal with me in reception, I know I can be a pain at times but they are patient, helpful and understanding with me. Thank you to everybody at Greenhill and Neasden who have always been helpful regardless of the situation, especially over the last year, you have put yourself on the frontline to help us patients and you don t deserve the abuse you get from some people, without you where would we be? I think you are all Saints. Thank you for your help and stay safe.
i had phone consultation today as part of the out of house service and was so impressed by the punctuality and the professionalism of the GP. she was so attentive and friendly and helpful. i presented with a knee pain related problem and she was switched on and thorough. i hope she reads this and sticks with her job because the nhs is lucky to have her
Worst GP ever when ever I need appointment they are fully booked they always say call tomorrow morning 8 o'clock when I'm calling this time and they are not picking up the phone!!!!! Dont recommend at all !

I AM SHARING A RESPONSE THAT I HAVE TAKEN TIME TO WRITE AFTER BEING HUNG UP ON BY A DOCTOR DURING A TELEPHONE APPOINTMENT BECAUSE SHE WAS SCARED THAT I ASKED FOR HER NAME. THEN HER COLLEAGUE THOUGHT IT WOULD BE APPROPRIATE TO CALL ME BACK AND INFORM ME THAT THERE HAS BEEN A REPORT MADE AGAINST ME AND THAT HE WILL BE REMOVING ME FROM THE GP PRACTICE. WE ALL DESERVE TO BE TREATED WELL. AND BY LAW, WE ARE ENTITLED TO GOOD QUALITY OF CARE. KEYWORD: CARE.
I m afraid, they do not offer same day appointments so it is worth looking for another surgery.
extremely bad reception staff, they clearly do not want the jobs. poor customer service, simply booking an appointment over the phone becomes the most impossible task.
Worst GP ever! I can t believe I m still coming here for so long. I ve been with St. Andrews since a baby, back when they use to be on wilesden high road. Dr fletcher was my favourite Doctor, but now that he s retired and they ve moved to Harlesden , there service has gone down hill. I can never get an appointment when I call in early mornings and I m 11 weeks pregnant. The receptionist can be rude. The new doctors accept for one in particular shows no people skills, nor do they look bothered to help you. I don t really write reviews but this has been bothering me for a while and the way they treat patients, especially those who should be considered as priority is devastating.
Its time for me to change GP and I wouldn t recommend anyone to sign up here. I ve been coming here long enough to know.
i went through some of the feedback but after i already registered with this GP last month, i can see most of the negative has some exaggeration, due to people anger . the truth is i did not find it bad at all after my third visit , the GP was good with following my case up , i managed to get appointment same week . its very true that this GP surgery is very busy but this was a good sign for me , many people wanted to be there it means good health care provided and not the opposite. its very bad if you need to find parking nearby which it can be stressful to others
This is the 3rd time I am visiting this surgery and every time I had good service by the counter staff, docs and nurses. Today I had a n appointment with the GP over the phone due to the covet-19 and he helped me a lot, very positive , thanks to Dr. sedy and all the staff
