I really really love this place. I didn't even want to leave. If u love taking selfies, make sure you stay in the tower section. You'll thank me later. The only downfall is, there's no refrigerator or microwave in the rooms, as most hotels in Vegas. For money purposes.

We have to wait for our room to be ready for an hour, because very busy labor day weekend, buy the wait was well worth it. The room was very nice and modern decorated with elegant touches. Very cool huge lighted mirror and cool ample bathroom. Very good deal and relaxing atmosphere at the facilities, including the pool. Very friendly service as well. I recommend this hotel

I came because I saw a video of the screen above the bar. I thought it was a 3D screen, but was a big disappointed when I saw that it was just 3 screens.
Otherwise, the casino is nice. It's clean, doesn't have any lingering smoke smells, the staff is friendly, and it's easy to find your way around. I didn't gamble, or see the hotel rooms. I just walked around the casino.

Went here for a timeshare deal. Got free room for 4 days n 3 nights. They gave us the Story room. It has 2 queen beds . The rooms were kinda small . The bathroom was ok but the sink was outside. Didn t like that lay out . Bathroom door was sliding door. Every time someone would get hit by the door because the sink was next to the door. I had stayed at way better places than this , especially at a luxury hotel being in Vegas

Love the SLS Las Vegas, boutique hotel with great rooms. Our had a 12-14 foot white leather wrap around couch, very cool. The shower is big enough for 4 people, lol. But the best place to hangout are the pools, the 4th floor pool is adult only, European style. The main level pool has cabanas for rent, not to pricey $200.00 for the day but part of that goes towards food and beverages. They have a DJ on some days playing music on demand on some of the days but not every day but there is still music playing. Great place to stay with someone special

Fun atmosphere. Fun rooms. Pretty quiet in casino, maybe it's just really off season (late June). Location tough for them. In between Strip and Downtown, but in neither. Convenient to both if you have a car & since we do, it's a good choice for us.

Went in for Umami Burger for takeout the bartender was nice and cheerful until she seen I didn't leave a tip. Im sorry I don't leave tips on takeout orders you did nothing but enter the order in the system your job the one your paid to do. Now if I was sitting down and having drinks and being served I tip. When my order was dropped by the kitchen staff to the bar i asked is this mine. And she just looked at me and pushed the bag a little. I can understand why this place is empty if this is the kind of bad attitude you can expect from the staff.

(REVIEW WRITTEN BY DEANNA,DUE TO NOT HAVING GMAIL)
Saturday, July 8, 2017 comes, and we get to the hotel around 11:30pm. I am greeted by receptionist Janice. She asks me if I still need a double bed room, I answered yes. Then she continues to tell me that there are no rooms available, but that she can accommodate me in a king bed room with a roll away bed. I of course told her that was not going to work. I began to ask her how is it that a room I booked a month prior, already paid for, is not ready 8.5 hours after check in time?!? Her response was that the rooms are not guaranteed and it is a first come first serve basis. If we choose to take the 1 King bed and a roll away, she will be able to move us to a double bed room the next day. Being that it is already the end of Saturday and we are leaving by 12pm Monday, that was not an option. We were looking to be settled and comfortable, especially not to be sleeping on a roll away bed. She continued to try to explain to me that there were absolutely no rooms available and that there was nothing she can do. I insisted that she spoke to somebody that can do something. She grabbed my id or credit card from her computer swiftly and gave me a sarcastic remark that the room is not guaranteed. I requested that she showed me on my reservation where it says that the room I booked is at a first come first serve basis and not guaranteed. She ignored those requests and went somewhere to speak to somebody. She returned and informed me that she can put us in the story room. She failed to mention that the square footage would be smaller, as well as the layout/decor of the room.

When we waked into our room it was completely different from the double rooms in the World Tower. The ceiling looked like it was never painted. The sink was outside the bathroom, which looked like a small kitchen sink. No mirrors inside the bathroom. The lighting is horrible. Lastly, the room indeed felt smaller compared to what I am always use to during my stays.
So, Monday July 10, 2017 comes and it is time to check out. I was greeted my front desk receptionist Cesar (who is an amazing employee and handled the situation very professionally). He ensured to explain to me the difference between the rooms, apologized for any negative treatment, and offered to comp the resort fee ($72.56). I agreed. Since I booked through a third party, I was told to file a claim through them in regards to obtain the difference between the rooms. Since I paid for a larger room with a better layout and was placed in a smaller room with no explanation.

I went ahead and called the front desk manager, Kendall, the next day, Tuesday July 11, 2017. He apparently had no information on what took place and he too explained to me the same thing Cesar did. He also insisted that if I choose to return I will get some kind of compensation or upgrade. But he did also explain to me that the Story tower room (the smaller one that I did not book, but was placed in) is actually $20 more per night due to including a package. I asked him to explain what the package entailed, being that I never received it, and he never explained what that package included which caused the room to be placed at a high value than the larger rooms in the World tower.

At this point, I was over the situation. I went ahead and contacted the third party I placed the reservations with, and filed a claim. All done right? NO.

I then check my credit card bill (credit card I placed to hold the room at the time of check in) and there was a charge of $72.56 from SLS on July 12, 2017, two days after check out! This is ridiculous. I personally received a receipt from Cesar at the time of check out showing that I would only be charged for the in-room dinning, and to top it off I declined that they charge anything on the credit card they had on file, and gave him my debit card instead to charge. So they made an unauthorized charge to my card! A charge they said was waived! So of course I called back, spoke to Diego and he waived the fee ( again ).

I sat at the bar with a screen above, as a ceiling. It seemed cool, but it would hurt my eyes when it would change from dark to bright white very quickly. We went to happy hour at Katsuya. The food was very good.

Not bad!

Not bad!

Smaller than other Las Vegas Strip hotels, but clean and new looking. Staff was friendly and had a more quaint atmosphere. Far less O2 tanks than other hotels in Las Vegas! Much younger vibe and very affordable.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, and great selection of restaurants. However the turn down service is somewhat lacking. Our minibar had a 2 liter coke bottle, half consumed, left from the previous guest. There is notification that placing personal items in the minibar comes at a cost. We check out Sunday morning and I am waiting to see if we will be charged since we didn't notice until our second night.

The SLS is a great property, located at the end of the strip right at a monorail station. The SLS is very modern, nice rooms, great restaurants, and has a wide selection of games in the casino. The SLS is walking distance to the Stratosphere, Wallgreens, and Starbucks. Downtown LV isn't too far either via ride share or bus.

Hotel is nice looking. The service from Allen, Chris and Bryant was great. The reason I am giving this hotel a low rating was because of the pre-registration system they have in place. We called ahead of time to see if we can check in earlier then 3pm and they told us "no" but we can pre-register to be the first ones to get the room before anyone else. That didn't happen. We waited until 3:30pm to talk to them after seeing a lot of people come up to the desk and receive their room keys. They told us our room still was in queue even though I just heard the other receptionist give a couple a world tower nin-smojing room with king bed, they were waiting in a long line (not pre-regustered). Finally Someone told me to go to the other check in down the hallway to see if I can get a room. Within 5 minutes he was able to get me a room apparently as a "curiosity". Very upsetting that I had to jump through hoops when I could of just got in line at 3pm instead of 2:45pm to get a room. Bad system.

This was my first time in this casino. Very nice and modern with minimal crowding. I assume this place is not busy because it is isolated from the other casinos on the strip. Good free drinks while playing craps.

A little bit of a cigarette smoke but not too bad. Very clean. Great food options. Friendly staff. Have a conference for two days so we'll see if my opinion changes. I should note, I am not staying at this location so I cannot speak to the rooms.

Stayed 2 nights. We were upgraded from a story room to a world room. Room was beautiful, but dont touch the peanuts, your automatically charged as soon as they leave the tray. Front desk fixed the charges as I was just over excited and wanted to touch everything.

We stayed in the World Tower at the SLS. The room was clean and updated. The shower was pretty big and the bed was so comfortable. I really liked that you could check your account on your TV, see restaurant menus located in the hotel, and much more. The gym is nice and has a fair amount of equipment for a hotel. The pools were nice, but busy, which is to be expected. The hotel is on the North end of the strip and it is a long walk to all of the attractions, but it's not bad if you don't mind the walk. All of the staff were very nice and helpful. Parking is free here for hotel guests.

I was disappointed with the service from the staff. I played for hours and spent a lot of money to be ignored by the pit boss and waitstaff to get a drink There were multiple guests that had the same complaint. It's a shame because the hotel is fairly nice and a good value for the money. I won't be staying here again. I wish my experience was memorable in a good way.

this was horriffc on so many levels, it was like the travel agency tricked me into paying for this sub par hotel with its rude employees-their policies are etched in stone so forget about any exceptions or secondary option-this is one place I will never reccommend and since I know a few Executive Hosts in Vegas who I normally go through for hotel accommodations, I'll make sure the nevwer reccommend this place. If you've ever been to the St. Regis in Detroit thats what this reminds you of, the old Sahara is where it sits-the Sahara was a nice hotel in its day-this one will never reach that standard, Id be surprised if they stay in business with this kind of service.

Checked out 6/11 after staying for 3 nights. We live here and had family in town so wanted to be in the same hotel after staying at the Vdara (highly recommended). Overall the room was clean and modern, somewhat smaller than expected. Nice design, lighting and TV (though we didn't use it much). Unfortunately we were locked out of our room a couple of times due to reservations not being merged correctly. Front desk was nice and worked to correct it. Valet staff was friendly and took care of our car.

I don't typically request housekeeping to try to avoid such things however I thought it would be nice to have it done once during our stay, seeing we were going out for my birthday that night and the minibar prices are pretty much in line with drinks elsewhere.

We filed a report and they have access logs, so hopefully something comes of it and the purse is recovered.

FYI, the room safe is in the drawer under the mini bar fridge. We didn't realize at the time and did not think we had to worry about thieving staff as we only had a few items in the room and the room was very much in order so it would be QUITE obvious if any of our personal items were disturbed. Not to mention we had spoken and seen each others faces. Shame on you lady.

Update 6-14-18, Downgrade to 1 star. They sent an email pretty much saying they're not responsible for the incident. Nothing in regards to actions taken with the employee or anything. So, for all we know that same employee is still there and going through guests items (YOUR Items) with no consequences. We will never return to this establishment nor will we recommend it. If you read this, you've been warned.

My colleague and I booked a room for 3 nights and 4 days and we were given a king bed room although we booked for a double bed. The room is extremely small and faces a parking lot. We paid a pretty hefty price for this room. The hotel did absolutely nothing to make up for our inconvenience.
