Loved that they are a stop on the monorail. Rooms were elegant. Staff was real friendly

Hotel is fine. The rooms are kind of small. The staff is very nice. Housekeeping can be very slow but they eventually get the job done. The dining options are great, especially Cleo and Bazaar Meat.

Clean contemporary upscale accommodations. Excellent Chinese menu in 24 hour rest on property. Near end of Las Vegas strip. Across from Las Vegas monorail. 24 hr Walgreens across from hotel. Smoking rooms are avail on request.

I highly recommend the SLS. The rooms are very modern and clean and the staff is very accommodating and friendly There is a nice selection of restaurants/bars on property and it is conveniently located near the monorail.

Best casino to go to if you have the William Hill and need a full service sportsbook.

It s a start. But the have to work on the staff. If you can got a chair around, you can make money by resell it. Fast valet. Medium slow at the reception. Crazy price for drink at the pool. Smallest room on the strip.

This is not the place for business travellers. Check in is an issue when booked online. They dont disclose the same resort fees as online. The air conditioning doesnt cool properly. Staff are very rude. Its obvious theyre used to dealing with intoxicated individuals. Also, their technology for payment processing is beyond archaic. Beware.

Great larger room, great service. Wonderful and relaxing stay which is what we were after. Reconstruction and updates are great. Stayed in Alexandria Tower. Will definitely be back. Our concierge Romeo was the best and so helpful!

Very trendy atmosphere, went to see Eddie Griffin. Very funny show... would recommend to any comedy fans. Ate a salad at the cafe and it was overpriced. Server charged gratuity weird and ended up paying almost 50%.

Lovely boutique hotel that happens to have a casino in it. Wide selection of restaurants, and a fascinating bar that would seem stuffy except for the artwork. North end of the Strip. Give it a shot.

Please check your bills if you booked via BA. They overcharged me 180 USD and apparently was a mistake that was supposed to be billed to British Airways. Admittedly moment I reached out they got back very quickly and offered a quick refund. But response was very matter of fact, if I was the hotel I'd be mortified that a customer has to chase to not get billed a hefty amount.

Otherwise hotel is clean and spacious, staff were welcoming. Off the strip but easy to get around via lyft

The room may have appeared small but what an efficient use of space! Quite comfortable. Clear cut directions regarding the mini-bar. Shower and toilet, which were separate, quite proportionate. And the bed was quite like sleeping on a cloud. Central air works beautifully.

Chic hotel with comfy beds. Very clean and great service. The only thing wrong was that one of the elevators wasn't working. Took a while to come down and go up to our room.

No resort fees through June, it is a great thing, it was nice to see a casino giving up a little money for the visitors

Fabulous hotel. I was surprised by how low the price of my room was. It's very modern and appears to be recently updated. The casino was moderately sized but had the latest slots and poker machines. If you're a foodie, you'll love the restaurants. Umami Burger & 800 Degrees Pizza are great places for a quick meal. 800 Degrees Pizza has a wood burning oven. It takes just seconds to get a pizza. Perfect amount of sauce and cheese to dough ratio. It's Neapolitan so you have to eat it New York style (folded). The staff was phenomenal. I would stay here anytime I visit Las Vegas. Deserves all 5 stars and then some.

Went to Vegas for women trip. The hotel was like a spa atmosphere n very clean but the room I had was very small but was upgraded to bigger one.

I had an absolutely wonderful time there. The hotel was beautiful the staff friendly and knowledgeable. The room was really clean well decorated. I will stay there again.

Changed brands: no longer a luxury resort. Only stay there if you have to.

The location was easy to get to it's right off of Sahara and Las Vegas Boulevard so it's at the North End of the strip.

Very impressed with the SLS, from the free parking to the loose slots. Our room in the World Tower was beautiful, much nicer than the Story Tower. I like this casino better each time I return, and I will be returning often. From here, we made the MISTAKE to drive to the Wynn, we got clipped with $12 parking and very tight slots, what a RIP! SLS is a class act, great job folks, cant wait to see this friendly staff again.

Fantastic. The room was awesome...check out the ceiling mirrors in the story tower! ;) We really enjoyed our stay. Bazaar was GREAT. The gym is pretty lame, but who wants to exercise in Las Vegas?

Overall, very impressed with the SLS Hotel. Extremely accommodating staff, amazing restaurants, a great pool area and nice rooms (if you choose wisely). I'd definitely stay there again.

I was stoked to see this location. It seemed really fun and unique. My fiance and I flew out to Las Vegas and booked appointments with several locations. When booking the one with the SLS it was a bit clunky and once we determined a time, I asked for a call to talk with the planner I never heard back from her. We booked early in the morning because it was the only time we could coordinate. When we arrived I asked where the chapel was and the front desk informed me there isn't one. They tried to call my contact and she didn't respond. I checked my email and called her cell phone. She answered and was clearly not even close to the hotel and she told me that she was running behind. And that's she didn't have where I wanted to see. I pointed out that I had requested a call to determine that but hadn't heard back. She called and had someone open the Sayers Club for us to see but at that point both my fiance and I were done. Why would I book a location that is so difficult to work with even if it is perfect vidually and within budget. I'll go spend more for someone who has time to help.

It's a decent place to stay off of the strip. Had a great time at the pool. Our room was decent. Not the most friendly staff. Not much of a scene if you're looking for that.

Very poor customer service from the players club. They advertise a sign-up promotion on the big billboard outside, however they refused to honor it and were rude about it.
Needless to say......We Won't Be Going Back!!!!!!

A service star with a well-trained staff 5 stars. I enjoyed a stay for the Rock'n'Roll Marathon runs (10th & 11/11/2018) arriving Friday the 9th of Nov thru Monday the 12th. My friend and I drove 6 hours from Arizona and arrived slightly before 3pm check in. Not a problem, the front desk staff were delightful and placed us in a wonderful room. It was perfect, 2 beds ample space desk and kitchen area. I guess I could have asked for a refrigerator but managed with ice machine nearby.

Just outside the strip but still has food around. Room was clean. And the staff was really nice.

Location not that great. Basically need a cab anywhere you go. Casino is small. Rooms are good, modern and clean.

This hotel is not on the strip however it benefits from the excellent Las Vegas monorail which can drop you in the centre of town in minutes - it also has an excellent pool. With that in mind the price and location of this place were actually totally reasonable. My stay was marred somewhat by the poor attention to detail by housekeeping and a broken bathroom door - complaints which were not of particular interest to the reception. The place is OK. Could do better though. I can't rate 2.5 so it's a 2 from me.

Although under construction, the Sahara was an awesome place to eat, gamble, and catch a show! We went to see the Eddie Griffin Experience! He was phenomenal! Literally for 90 mins we were in stitches. My stomach still hurts. We also went to Una. The food was good and the atmosphere was like a Spanish Cantina. Our waitress Ashley was very attentive....

Had to wait for an hour to get on an elevator to go down to the lobby.

Great casino hotel. Pool service was excellent! The steakhouse was disappointing. Ordered skirt steak medium. It was dry and over cooked. The wait staff was great, nonetheless. They were extremely helpful and attentive. Might be worth one more shot.

Didn't spend much time there but Umami Burger is a good place to watch the game. If the weather is nice, they've got a nice beer garden too.

Although they were going through a little renovation our stat was superb. We really enjoyed our stay. They have three pools, main Foxy tail is more their main pool, so it can be crowded. They do have two other smaller less crowded pools one which is adults only. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Contemporary Casino and Hotel. Food at North side was amazing!

We arrived late but with paid reservations, the check in was fast but it felt like I was at a taco shop. The concierge had absolutely no people skills.
The room was nicely decorated but missed the las vegas luxury. You can tell there was a small budget for the room construction.
The casino made me feel like I was at a Starbucks, whatever that means.
While we were at the bar, one if the bartenders was great, however the other two, a girl and a guy were horrible, again no people skills.
Later at night I called desk services to inquire about the nightclub and the girl who answered had an attitude, again no people skills.
This will be the 1st time in Vegas that I get this treatment.
This morning I decided to let a manager know of my poor visit, called and asked for one. No one available, was told I would get a call back. No one did in the 30 minutes it took for me to leave.
Not coming back.

This is a really high quality casino with a good vibe. The restaurants are top notch

Attended a conference at this hotel. This place is really beautiful, clean and stylish. It is smaller hotel compared to the mega ones on the strip but it reminds of a boutique. Just exquisite and to the point.

Decent hotel right at the end of the strip. The front desk staff is lovely, they try their best to accommodate.

Gator(try to meet him) is ridiculously awesome, and there is a lot do to around here.

Was a very young hotel. I am older. Not good for kids. Primarily a Hip Hop crowd. The pool was for all the beautiful people with cabanas and very little.clothing. Heard the hotel was bought by MGM and will be changing. I would not stay here again. Free parking was great. The junior suite was adequate. No cable on tv other than regular tv.

Just went to visit a friend there. Didn't care for the staff to much a bit snobby but nice looking casino.

Amazing hotel and the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever had.

Its ok for the fact that its affordable rooms are comfortable enough. However no great desire to return. When we 1st arrived our room was not ready..Took me a while to find the lobby/lounge because its not adjacent to the checking area which is unusual and the front desk agent didnt direct us to it when we had to wait..however once i found it was pretty cozy. Also they were doing construction during they days which was quite annoying because u had to watch were u walked through the halls...Most importantly, forget what u heard no fridge microwave not even a coffee machine in rooms they tried passing off a mini bar fot fridge but that cant fit anything and ours disnt stay cool and NO ROOM SERVICE which i think is a tatic used so your forced to eat at their restaurants. I ventured out the strip to eat mostly BUT i did try UNO MAS and have to give props the tacos were pretty decent. Another note is you do get water but they are quite stingy with it two little bottles per day so i suggest u bring ur own if ur an avid water drinker like me and for some reason when we arrived we only had 3 pillows which for me was strange being that the standard is four when we asked for extra they said they could not find any..F for effort on that. The cable sucks very basic they didnt even have HBO/STARZ etc so not much to see. So in summary they have a lot of catching up to do to consider themselves "luxury" its ok if ur stay is no more than 1 or 2 nights and ull be out most of the time as u will not get very comfortable.

Free parking, take the monorail into the middle of the Strip, rinse, repeat.

Great hotel. Loved the friendly casino and excellent food choices. Only reason I am not giving five stars is because I could hear traffic outside. Other then that this place is awesome!

Wonderfully appointed, contemporary hotel and casino. Bartenders mix well.

Not a busy hotel, but the table minimums are reasonable and the rooms and casino are super clean. The dealers are really nice and helpful too. Too bad it's not as busy as other spots on the strip
