small but functional airport. Transit passengers do not need to redo the security checks because the disembarkation takes place in the same departure area. The staff are efficient and very functional, boarding procedures are fast and smooth. The BlueAir service is good and thanks to its punctuality it allows you to use this airport as an intermediate stop for other European destinations.

Went thru the airport very quickly! Connection with public transport is very poor. You almost have to take a taxi which costs 40 euro to downtown

the lost property service is everything but client friendly. during their opening hours i called them several times and no one answered the phone. why do they have the phone number for?! I am very unsatisfied!

1 star is still too much for an airport that only opens 2am before the first flight. I have a flight at 6am and I arrived around 3am in the morning. I had to wait almost 1 hour in the cold outside. An absurdity.

A portable battery charger was stolen from my suitcase. It is not the value. It is the gesture.

It is the second time that the finger has not worked. The plane was forced to change gates resulting in a waste of time.

The place reeks, info points are nowhere to be found and there are no seats available. Moreover, public transport to downtown is quite poor (waited for more than 1 hour and got on a bus packed with people).

The pros: that you never find long queues for boarding.
The cons: it is depressing to see that, a modern city like Turin, must be largely deprived of national and international routes, forcing users to divert to Milan. It is clear that the management of Caselle implements a monopoly regime. The term European city cannot be attributed if important services such as air connections to important destinations fail. Agree! We need investments and a few cuts at the top of the managers.

terribile shuttle service to the city center! On weekend the bus leave only every 30 minutes and the are so many people waiting. We waited for 1h to get on the bus!

Not a great setup, lack of seats, tables and staff. Some of the security and airside shop staff are friendly and helpful, others downright unpleasant. Seems to be a bit of a lottery. It's a nice terminal to look at, but seems to have not quite enough staff to get people through at a pace when there are multiple flights. One thing to be aware of is that you're quite a way away from the centre, so if the bus or train is missing, you're looking at a very expensive taxi ride.

In an hour and a half, we moved 30 feet at check in.
The place is a shambles. Too many flights all trying to book in at the same time.

Even when arriving, we were nearly an hour to collect our skis.

Upon arrival to retrieve your luggage you have to take a huge tour which is not normal for a small airport. Shops historically close early. Positive note a Crai supermarket at arrivals, handy if you need to grab something on the fly

I went to the airport to pick up a friend. I hadn't been in years and after a thousand laps I realized that there is no free parking in the whole park.

Almost 1 hour since i landed , and i m still waiting to pass security. Only 3 people are working at border police for 2 planes that just landed.

After gate was displayed, the passport control checkpoint was closed(first time I've seen this) for another 30 minutes. Boarding has begun, and there's still a massive queue at passport control. Hoping we catch the flight, though we arrived at the airport well in advance. Horrible organisation!

Neglected airport. Water leaks from air conditioners. Shops already closed at 20.00 even if there are still people at the airport for 5 flights.

I've been coming to turin airport for 20 years I've seen a lot of improvement especially in departures and security cafes and seating you used to be able to pick up your luggage very quickly after immigration but on my last visit a week ago it was a bit of a nightmare the arrivals hall needs attention 2 hours waiting for luggage and skis is unacceptable other passengers are sitting outside in cold coaches waiting on you and the crystal ski reps were not happy with the wait either

Staff on boarding this morning for Bari really rude! Even if we do not have the priority to embark, they must not afford to treat us as plagued and pretend to know where we should position ourselves! Clean and tidy, but a lack of seating areas makes it look unorganised. Shops aren't great, nor the selection of diners. Duty free was more expensive than UK street prices.

Air side two many shops - duty free doesnt exist in the EU!

Only paid parking spaces (free for the first 10 minutes: not enough for anything!). Few shops before check-in. Bleak arrivals side. Directions inside a little unclear. It should be made more international and attractive for tourists (not only for foreigners residing in Turin), perhaps even by lowering taxes.

A little small, to honor the beauty of Turin, especially in the structures, it should be enlarged and improved.
