I have been using eviivo for over 10 years, I have tried other channel managers and have found none are as complete or reliable. The customer services are very good, the staff are friendly and helpful, all in all highly recommended.

Since 2018, I have utilised this Eviivo PMS it just ace all around.
Dale has been outstanding in all areas of support. He has been amazing at communicating and responding to our needs for help at speed. Software constantly not working. Don't give support after hours. If your contact person is out, none takes responsibility. When you want to upload pictures for your properties it takes forever (5,6,7...hours)
Dont answer after you pay them money. Not worth it, highly recommend NOT using this platform

He understood my specifics, reformulated when he was not sure of understanding, he anticipated the possible complications and in the end took more than 2 hours of his time to resolve my problem. We started using Evivo as our channel manager in March, they've been nothing but helpful and quick to respond. Bookings after lockdown were above our expectations until this 2nd lockdown!

What an awful company to deal with. Totally automated phone system that has obviously been put in place to NOT help anyone and to try to avoid you speaking to a human being. I will check now that any hotel/B&B I book in future is NOT an eviivo customer.
If i could leave a lower score i would , i'm not generally the type of person to go and write reviews online this is actually the first time i leave one !! Don't trust them since i'm using their service i get less and less booking they're not able to set up properly and they will make you loose your money !! SCAM !!

Unfortunately, I didn't have a great experience with Eviivo. Connection with Expedia took 3 weeks and no one wants to step up and take ownership or help from Eviivo. It is still not fully connected. They're all blaming me and not really take any responsibility. Customer is really poor and you're not going to get a lot of help from them. I really wish I stayed with my old PMS system instead of Eviivo. One you signed a contract with them, they don't really care as a customer. Once you're a big company, they don't care about the little customers.
Go to QBook they are more cost effective more helpful! Be warned they charge you for the off line bookings, you know the ones you work hard to get yourself! They love you when you join and obnoxious when you leave. They have caused so many problems for us with regard to the online travel agents its untrue. Try anything else especially if you have a small business! There want a zero option otherwise I would have chosen it
I received a masterful lesson in price management with Hana which was of exceptional help, a rare patience and a way of proposing the best solutions to problems related to Booking prices. Everything was solved with mastery. Well done to Eviivo for choosing truly professional people for its assistance service.

Lost a reasonable product (Webervation) and have this thrust down our throats! The terms and conditions are all one sided (in their favour) and have some very serious legal flaws! They take the customers money and hold onto it for a month after they actually check out! Their calendar can not even be set to NA format! Customer support is non existent when you actually need them! Try to actually talk to someone (dreamer). If I ran my establishment like this business I would not last long! Our job is to take care of the guests, clean the rooms, toilet and deal with onsite issues. Not to be an travel insurance company. Not to be a travel agent. Not to be a software beta tester! The arrangement should be more like a partnership then an attempt to try to run my business! Get it together Eviivo. What's with that silly name as well?
I have received excellent service from Sam concerning some issues with preauthorisation for customers. He is always a most patient and helperful person.

I only gave them 1 star because I couldn't find an option to give them 0. I attempted to use their 'Booking Service(?)' to book a B&B in southwest England. It indicated a room was available when it wasn't. They took my money and refused to refund it until contacted by the B&B owner who had received no money. I ended up cancelling my credit card to effect the 'refund'. A bunch of crooks!
Once upon a time Eviivo were probably best in class. I'm not sure what has happened, whether it be a change in management, cost cutting, or general apathy, but in the last few months their service levels have been horrendous, regular problems have been experienced with the platform operating slowly, problems with collecting money through FDMS and their functionality no longer matches the best in class. Be warned, this business appears to be going down the pan. Sorry to be so negative, but they have disregarded my latest complaint, so I feel it proper to warn others.

To the Directors of Eviivo, I would like to make you aware of some of your employees. I am fairly new to the hotel business, and was very skeptical about joining Eviivo initially. However after Mr Akram explained so convincingly how I would benefit from you guys, I decided to give it a try. And, wow am I grateful to Mr Akram. On numerous occasions I have liaised with staff at Eviivo. Chris, Vanessa, Sarah, Michelle, Matt but most of all Akram are absolute Life savers. Time and time again I get stuck, as you do in the startup process, but these guys are absolute stars. So I do not know what kind of incentives you give your staff, but these guys deserve a great deal of credit. I have 6 properties with you now, and have advised some of my friends to join you guys aswell. So in total I believe you guys manage about 20-30 properties for us now. And it is all due to Akram and his team (the guys I mentioned already). So to finalise my bookings are actually really good, even in Dec my occupancy is about 70%. So thanks to your system my bookings have increased which means my revenue has increased. I am completely sold out thanks to the Eviivo system. And thanks to the support from Mr Akram and his team I understand the system a lot better than when I first started, so much that I can actually train my staff on the Eviivo system. Shocking customer service, they have been poor in communication, not settled invoices with Expedia, consequences to my business no Expedia bookings, no communications to their customer and subsequent lost bookings.
I swapped to Eviivo from another provider and have found the platform excellent! There's always teething issues getting used to a new piece of software; however the support are great! The live chat function is efficient at sorting out issues and queries if you can't find the answer from their extensive help library. At every turn I'm finding out more about what the platform can do. Yesterday I had to move a booking between houses and was amazed to find I could just drag and drop it! I was also worried that I would have my diaries blocked (like in the spring) if one OTA restricted bookings. The OTA HAS done this this week again; but this didn't impact on either my EVIIVO diary or the other OTA'S. Well done team!

Terrible channel manager, shocking customer service, had to contact them 4 times to get calendars to sync on airbnb and booking.com. One person even just ended the conversation themselves. Save yourself time and headaches, avoid this channel manager
Extremely poor customer service. They bend over backwards at the start to get you on-board, but after that they hardly bother. It's a declining business. Best avoid!!
Eviivo is a simple but professional solution reservations system for a small to medium operation. I was dealing with Kay and found him very helpful in all my queries.

The customer service and assistance in using the suite to manage bookings is brilliant. Being new to hospitality and the different platforms we are now using it would have been a minefield and taken us a long time to get this right. The tutorials, follow up webinars and live chat all made the set up really smooth.

We are now 12 months into working with Eviivo and I have found them very helpful especially Kay who was my first contact person. Since then I have spoken to a few different members of their team and each one has helped me with any issues I have had. Systems take time to get to know and I am very happy with the customer service I have received eventhough a lot of the time it was me and not the system. I have no hesitation in recommending Eviivo and they are completely necessary for our business to succeed. Thank you Eviivo Team, keep up the good work.
Been using eviilvo when I moved to my new business had a few teething problems at first but since then I have been very happy with the service. Had a few phone calls to address minor niggles and had great service with the call back which I asked for and after say great customer service and great value for money . Happy customer

Hi i am a currently eviivo client and i dont recomande using them, i called them on there support number and i paid 210 euro for a 25 minute call and also there software doesnrlt work properly. Avoid them.

Like other reviews our experience of the customer service was awful. Have waited over a year to resolve an issue. Don't think we will ever get a satisfactory outcome.
A well-functioning software that is repeatedly improved by updates. But the 5 stars make the support (LUKAS) complete. Tireless and with an amazing knowhow to his work. Keep it up.
Everything is made very simple with EVIIVO the process is clear and transparent from the start. Its especially easy with the help of RAFI who goes beyond the call of duty to help make things easier. Highly recommend.

2 Oct 2018 - UPDATE Eviivo misses a major feature hotels require! - Once receiving bookings, your system does NOT auto add guests to contacts DB, each and every customer has to be added MANUALLY by going through 6 key clicks and 4 screens to finally click ADD TO CONTACTS. (After doing this returning guests details can be found) very disappointing as hotels thrive on returning guests. Support advise they have made a note LOL ! . Called Support, with regard to hotel prices not being correct on google, phoned support on hold for 27 minutes before answering at 4.30pm Wednesday, tried online chat, UNTRAINED staff couldn't help, infact Khaled terminated the conversation ? Phoned HQ in London, "cant help or give out any other numbers" all in all no help or support AGAIN... think twice before signing up to this company.. there support is lacking... and probably needs support themselves..
