This is the worst office I have ever been to! Our appointment was a 10 am we didn’t even go into a room until 11:15. Th ran another hour later my daughter ends up passing out in the room! She was so stressed about waiting 3 hours she passed out! My husband was suggesting she needed to eat but they were not offering any sugar or anything. So my husband left. On top of that he ordered blood work of a blood trait my daughter has had since birth and since she had been going there since birth they should have this on record. Why are we testing her for something that doesn’t change! I have been trying to stick it out since we have gone there her whole life and she is now 15 but this was the push we needed to go somewhere else! Don't take your kids here unless you plan on waiting over 2 hours and not even get your questions answered. The front desk was very helpful in getting the paperwork I needed to go somewhere else. If I could put no stars I would!

I booked an appointment for a covid test on 01-09-2021 @ 6:00 AM. Appointment was confirmed by "Solv" @ 6:42. At 12:03 appointment canceled by text msg claiming an age restriction. After checking Google and your web site I could find no age restriction. At around 1:00 I received the first of four (4) calls from your employees explaining how wrong I was for not finding this limitation culminating with a call from the police claiming I was threatening your employees. Hard to do since they were calling me. Abusing the process by calling the police was the last straw. Your Wynnewood location is staffed by gangsters and bullies. I hope you all rot in Hell.
