The worst company ever, I am in escrow and they kicked In my doors stole my real estate sign in my yard pulled the washer out and flooded my house left all the doors open and never secured them after drilling out the locks six days before we close costing us $87000 in damages and making us have to push back our closing possibly loosing the sell to our house. They play phone rage with their customer service and you can t get ahold of anyone. Once I was able to get ahold of someone they said my mortgage company had to contact them for the services that they did, they then gave my mortgage company the run around. I would never suggest using them they re thieves and vandals. No respect for anyone.
I am currently looking for an attorney to handle this situation.

Safeguard Representative are very rude and no empathy my inspector is Roy AKA PAPACON1@ want you to do his job for him very unprofessional using a personal email with no label of the company he work for just asking you for our property info and expect for you to provide it to him with all the scam out there you think a large company like that would be more courteous toward they client NO.. after all Freedom mortgage is the only company that will deal with them both are the same holding on to insurance money and don't provide any interest earned. I'm very disappointed with both Companies....

Closed on a house Friday, only to find it 3 DAYS LATER with the door busted and all the locks changed! I thought someone had broken into my house! The only reason I knew it was Safeguard was because they left stickers all over the windows! I've called 4 TIMES and not ONCE has anyone called me back about this matter.
They literally broke into my house and changed the locks, how can a company not take this seriously??! I'm beside myself!

I own a couple properties that are adjacent to a property that Safeguard Properties manage and I can honestly say they do not look out for their clients best interest.

This is what you can expect from SAFEGUARD... They took a BEAUTIFUL indoor pool room, and DESTROYED IT within a few days of closing on the property.

They painted over Knotty pine, over the fixtures, glass, skylight screens, EVERYTHING.

They couldn't get the hand rails off the pool, so they CUT THEM OFF. After tearing up the cement...

When we contacted them, all they could say is, we did what we had to do.

WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE WOULD DESTROY A DREAM HOME LIKE THIS????

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! OR IT WILL COST YOU DEARLY!!!

Safeguard properties flooded my neighbors condo when they winterized an adjacent condo that was vacated. They refused to cover the damages they caused. The vacated condo also has a bug infestation and the Safeguard people that show up made the problem worse by leaving the fridge open and food on the ground. They also left the place unlocked.

I'd give them no stars if I could...at my lowest point they broke into my house and stole over $10,000 worth of property that cannot be replaced because of what it was. They have been telling nothing but lies about everything.

We are an awesome vendor. We usually go above and beyond the usual standards, going behind other's vendor's work a lot of times. We worked alongside Safeguard for 6 years, putting up with way more than we should of. Be careful working with them, very careful. Their focus is not taking care of the vendors that invest their own time and money just to make them money. They will take advantage of the leverage over you. Be warned.

I worked as a subcontractor for this so called multi million dollar company and was getting paid pretty good and then they decided that in 2020 they would use the pandemic as an excuse to lower the pay in my State and then expect us to drive to rural areas that were sometimes an hour or more for sometimes were two or three properties going across mountains some properties were on a mountain and could not make it up even if you owned a four wheel drive

Run.. Please Run!! It is tempting but do not take the bait. I am proof that you will not get paid. I completed 3 workorders and was only paid for 1. With supporting photos and measument, they attempted to justify why we were not paid ( 3 weeks disputing ,4 different people with 4 different answers). Do you all understand just how profitable we are making them by completing these workorders without pay. Keep in mind that we have the power because we have the skill.. Lets finish companies that take advatage of our hard work and material without paying us!!! We are hard workers and should be paid for our time,energy and material.
