Everything was great! Super Steve was very professional and provided great customer service. He did a fantastic job installing the equipment and explaining how to use the system. Very satisfied overall.
Miguel, Alex, Super Mario, and Robert - the "A-Team" of home security! "I love it when a plan comes together." Mario and Robert handled my install and demo walk-through, answered all my questions, and made sure I knew how to reach them if I had any questions. I had a superb experience and I'd highly recommend them.
Rob was a wonderful technician. He explained everything to us perfectly every step of the way and was friendly, but he also allowed us to work from home and focus during the four hour installation. After the install of the equipment was complete, Rob took his time to thoroughly test every feature and device. When it was over, I said I already feel safer and meant it. I know we will request Rob to come out if we need anything serviced for our ADT system in the future.
Tammy was our ADT rep and recommended what our we should include in our security system. She was warm and welcoming, and not pushy. We will definitely recommend her to our friends in the area!
My first encounter I had with ADT was great. Tammy came to my neighborhood. She is very friendly and helpful. She treats you as if you we here family and looks out for you. My technician was Mario also known as Super Mario. Tammy recommended him to me. Hes a very kind and funny person. Easy to talk to and communicates with his customers. My installation was great. Answered all of my husbands questions. I would also recommend Mario as your technician if you need an installation. 10/10. Mario walked us through the equipment that was installed and step by step in how to use it. He ensured everything was up to par. I really appreciate the work you did to protect our home.

Miguel and Rob & all the guys at safe security ADT did a great job in my security system. The flood lights light up my entire backyard and I live on 1/4 of an acre. The cameras have great views and the training is good! I like my ADT security much better than Ring door bell! These guys are the best!
Steve O., our electrician did a great job. Our home is difficult to work with and he completed the job with the highest degree of professionalism and kindness. He was very complimentary about our menagerie of pets. He worked so well around them, all the while working to keep them from getting out and keeping them safe. I highly recommend him.
