People were nice and attentive. The location was kind of confusing. No road signs, but I guess that's the purpose also.

Went with a family member for an appointment. This family member in particular suffers from severe anxiety and wanted me there with her however the staff would not allow me to go up with her after she expressed this. Not to mention, while sitting in the waiting area the amount of inappropriate and LOUD conversations that could be heard from upstairs was a bit distasteful. My family member was not even able to be helped because they did not believe her situation was "immediate danger". If someone is afraid, what are the guidelines for being in danger?

I called and didn't qualify just after 2 sexual assaults and almost beaten to death. I now have a broken collar bone and hearing loss due to my assault. I was apprehensive and scared when a man answered, hence them telling me I did not qualify. If I am afraid of a man certainly that woukd have thrown me. I am literally shaking now as I sit outside with nowhere to go. I mentioned that FM police and a rep from a church group could verify all I am saying, not good enough. In conclusion, this must be a haunted houae full of ghosts because I was denied and I was close to dead.
